No smoke detector in the room. Wires were just hanging. The place is in need of a renovation.

The room was inviting and clean (enough), but there is easily noticeable damage and wear. The air conditioner had touch screen buttons on the face, but all the buttons were so worn off I could barely use it and couldn't make temperature adjustments. They ought to replace it or at least write on it with nail polish or something permanent to read the controls. The continental breakfast is very light. There was a single waffle maker with the appropriate associated items, a broken pitcher of milk, a dispenser for frosted flakes, and some bread and a toaster. That's it! There was a coffee machine with inadequate cups and I didn't use it to see if it could even dispense what was indicated. There's only two tables and this is all crammed into the small lobby entry, which is not air conditioned.

Just a terrible experience. It’s a low income single night residency place. Noise all night. Noise complaint was ignored. They ran out of glasses, plastic glasses, nothing to drink with or swallow a pill. They advertise breakfast but there wasn’t any. Not even coffee in the morning. Located in a scary neighborhood.

Terrible stay. It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Dirty floors, trash in the corners and hair balls on the floor in the bathroom. The room smelled of smoke and marijuana. There was random people coming in and knocking on doors on our floor. We had him run outside and start throwing rocks at our window. I tried to reach the front desk and no one answered. Recommend that no one stay here.

BEWARE!! Not like the pictures. Would not stay here if you paid me. Bedsheets not washed (blood, lipstick, stains) The dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen.

They are awesome

I didn't like that it was so close to the interstate and I did not like that we were restricted to so many towels (1).
-
That there was no pool here.
-
The room was surprisingly quiet considering its location next to the interstate, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and quick in addressing the issues I had with the room. When I first checked in, the bathroom sink area had not been cleaned (there were electric shaver clippings all over), and the TV did not work. Fortunately, the desk clerk helped me move to a slightly better room in a timely manner.

They charged my bank $100 deposit. Still have not hot it back. The room was dirty. Pubic hairs on the bed dherts as if they were not replaced with clean ones. Bathroom was dirty, hairs dirt and toilet sit had stains of poop. Nothing plus homeless people outside sitting on bench w dogs. The cleaning crew was a man w no uniform wraring dirty clothes

There was none available!! The area was dirty, smelly and nasty. Smells of dogs, cigarettes and uncleanliness was all over the elevator and hallways.

I loved the waffles. The room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets looked mostly clean, the pillow cases had stains on them. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped. The room smelled stale. The toilet had urine stains inside and out. The toilet and shower had a little bit of black mold growing. The shower door wouldn't close completely allowing water to get out. There were no towels anywhere in the room.. when I asked the front desk for towels they asked me several questions and then said the towels were in the dryer. The next day I asked the front desk for towels. They gave me one. No wash cloth or shower mat. One towel. At breakfast, I had a waffle, cereal, an apple and an orange. The syrup was empty, the milk was empty and out of the 2 apples, one was appealing. The other had bruises and looked old. I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Wiped down the walls and doors. Swept and mopped the entire room including the bathroom. The towel I used to mop with started out white. When I got finished, the towel was black and gray from how much dirt was on the floor. I used a plug in air freshener to freshen up the room. The room felt clean and smelled better. The other time I had breakfast, the napkins were gone so I asked the front desk for some... he gave me folded up toilet paper. Which reminds me... the toilet paper in my room was almost out and no backup roll. I bought some at the store along with the cleaning supplies, just in case the front desk didn't have another roll. The next time I needed a new towel, I asked a lady. She was very nice and helpful. It turns out she was the manager of house keeing. She asked how my stay was going. I hesitated, but told her my experience so far. She apologized and said she was just returning from bereavement leave for two family members who were killed in an auto accident.

If you are sensitive to smell, I do not recommend this hotel, especially during the hot months. The lobby was humid and smelled like cigarettes, and the elevator strongly smelled like peanut butter for some reason? Our room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and sewage, which made us nauseous. It didn't seem like our room was cleaned very much either. The bed was made, but the trash hadn't been taken out, there was hair on the bathroom sink, and someone's old lighter had been left by the door. Also, it looked like someone had shoved wet tissues into one of the main outlets and noone had removed it. Just gross. We decided to check out immediately and stay at a different hotel.

The room had a strange odor. The sheet on one of the beds was shredded and covered in food crumbs and hair. When I got a new sheet it was stained. The sheets on the other bed were also stained. I didn’t stay long enough to notice anything else
