Clean room, some cosmetic things like holes in the walls that were not completely repaired. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. Staff was nice. Appreciate that there was breakfast 🙂. I would stay there again. Not expensive.

Overall not a great place to stay. The original room we were given smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room with despite it being a no smoking hotel. When I went to the front desk to complain they said, "Unfortunately, people break the rules sometimes". Even though they said this, they were able to give me another room. The second room smelled significantly less like smoke, but there was still an underlying smell so it was a lot more bearable. Additionally, there was a bullet hole in the door of our first room. The good thing about this hotel is that breakfast was included.

Homeless people everywhere, sleeping on the stairwells and on the walkways. Absolutely did not feel safe. Room smelled like cigarettes and was very run down. There was a whole in the bathroom door like it had been kicked.

The room was dirty, staff unfriendly, there was no body soap, shampoo, hand soap in the dispensers. Overall a very horrible experience.

The pool was down my whole stay and there was no notice about it

I like everything about the hotel, except for the front desk, which was a little strange about my depositary DD and

It was a quick overnight stay for a very early flight out of ABQ. So thanx for giving me a place to rest my head. Thank you

not properly cleaned

Some one stole my card and used me and my daughter name

This was a scary night to stay, was more concerned of the night people hanging outside to get sleep. Its a place if there is no other place to stay. I made the mistake relying on the brand, but wow the brand has gone down hill. Roadside shady motel for sure
-
A nice enough place. But I was there 4 nights and the swimming pool was closed the entire time. If it isn't available, don't list it as an amenity.

No ice machines working. Our bathroom walls and ceiling had mold everywhere. AC worked great. Sheets and towels clean but overall not my expectations from a Red Roof

I could not extend my stay. The lady at the front desk could not even give me a reason as to why they would not extend my stay. Floor in room was so dirty my child’s feet were black. Maids were rude when asked to borrow their broom. Would not recommend

Took 5 tries to get an iron. Staff lied that corporate had removed all irons for safety reasons. Desk clerk would not give me his name. Hair dryer didnt work, broken or no plugs in sink and tub, faulty smoke detector. Poll closed, ice machine broken

Pool is out of service. I had a .40 cal bullet hole in the door of my room that was only patched on the inside with some caulk. The latch lock was broken off my door, and they require a $200 deposit for one night.

I got my key to my room to and my surprise when I open the door there where people inside naked ! Went back to the lobby and told them and they give me another room, 4 day later they decided to keep my $50 dollar deposit for no reason !

I’d like to write a big positive review though this property needed some care. Was it clean? Sure, I believe it was. The bed and towels appeared clean. The room itself showed differed maintenance. The air conditioning filter was dirty so the room always had a funk. Overall though for the price paid it was as expected. Staff was nice though!
