Great staff, nice one night stay. But the pool was out of order which was a little letdown. Ready to plan another weekend for redemption for my son though!

Terrible stay! Was not able to check in till 5:00. The washers and dryers were down and linens were not cleaned at time of check in. That evening in the middle of the night the fire alarms went off four different times. Needless to say, not much sleep was had that night. Would not stay there again.

One of the beds was dirty and looked like the bedding wasn't changed. It was very wrinkled looking also.

At first glance the hotel looks nice. The lobby and hallways and even the room upon first entry seemed fine, but then it got worse. The bathroom was atrocious. Heavy glass shower door about to fall off the hinges. Everyone likes water pressure in a shower but this was insane. It was almost flooding the shower it was so much water. Moldy caulk and rusty door frames. Cracked and peeling ceiling. Insufficient ventilation to say the least. Sharp piece of metal bed frame gouged my leg from under the bed. The pool was overrun by a family who clearly rented one room and invited their entire extended family of children to take over the pool and then the hallways like little monsters. Destroyed the pool area, soaked the hallways. The staff were all dressed in street clothes. If the front desk agent wasn’t behind the desk I never would have guessed he was an actual employee. The “breakfast” was literally stacks of cereal cups, no milk, juice, water, or any drinks. Ohh and tiny stale muffins that were disgusting. 2 kinds to choose from. Nothing else. When I asked the man dressed at a woman behind the bistro counter for milk I had to interrupt their chatter with some off duty employees and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them as I asked for milk and they complained about having to “pour milk all day” This is clearly a franchise location operated by a typical cheap hotel owner. I will never return to this hotel

Carpet in the elevator is in desperate need to be cleaned.

I was kicked out without explanation. At the frontdesk!!! They said we were oversold! No phone call, nothing. I had to sleep i the car! Expecting full refund!!!

clean room and kind staff.

The desk tried to get us in early but no rooms were available. We were able to use the pool but our room looked like it had a leak on the ceiling that was never properly fixed. The place itself was clean enough but not great. Towels and trash were left around. The staff was friendly. It was fine for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay again.

The pool area choked us with the smell of chlorine- it was ridiculously strong. We stayed for 4 nights (4 people in a room) and not once did housekeeping collect towels or bring new ones. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor- bring a makeup light! Often, there was nobody at the front desk or answering the hotel phone for assistance. I regret new spending a few hundred more for my second choice of hotel. I thought being under the Marriott name, this would be a good option. The room was clean, thankfully. There are many restaurants and stores around, also.

Exceptional

The staff were amazing. The food was excellent. The bathroom in my guestroom was horrible, permanent foot prints on the floor. They are planning a remodel soon, but I wore shower shoes.
-
Location was ideal. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
-
Staff not exactly friendly, ice machine only worked on 1st floor we stayed on 3rd floor, room ok, bed not good, wall paper coming apart, mold in shower, would not recommend this Marriott, not up to Marriott standards at all.

Will not stay again

Room was clean but property is aged.
-
This was oyr second stay in a 2 week time period and the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was welcoming

The windows were covered with plastic because the building was being painted, so there was no view at all. The windows did not open. The air conditioner had only two modes: working or completely off, and the temperature could not be adjusted. There were small pieces of plaster on the stairs and in the hallway. Also, breakfast was paid, although the website said it was free.

The staff looked like they hated their job. Nobody was rude, but when we asked why the pool was closed — and it was indeed closed — nobody even said sorry or apologized. There was definitely no welcoming smile. The windows were covered with plastic because the building was being painted, so there was no view at all. The windows did not open. The air conditioner had only two modes: working or completely off, and the temperature could not be adjusted. There were small pieces of plaster on the stairs and in the hallway.
