Reception area and service could be more personable

Sublime! We absolutely loved our five days at Liana! The location, at the edge of Agios Prokopios and directly across the road from the beach, was both convenient and relaxing. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast each morning was good quality, and the pool was refreshing and always sparkling clean. The head bartender, George, was super friendly and always happy to mix up some drinks for us. He remembered our names and always inquired about our day. The rest of the staff were also professional and friendly. We rented a car for the day through the hotel (so convenient) and also arranged rides to/from the ferry.

Location was great Breakfast food was not very good- beds were not very comfortable

Location to the beach and the friendly and helpful staff. We also liked the fitness area and spa. The room for 4 people was tough because the area for two twin beds was very bright in the morning and it didn’t feel like the room cooled down at night with the AC.

Location and friendly staff. Rooms are immaculate and having sun beds was a nice touch. Beachfront is beautiful with many beach clubs and restaurants walkable. First time solo traveler and I loved every minute of it. Staff arranged a full day sailboat for me and it was a highlight. Highly recommend. I’d come back ?

We liked the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a beautiful facility. We had spa treatments that were very good and soothing. We especially liked the the beach service for drinks. We thought everything was very good but in the busy season I can see the beach chairs running out unless you are an early riser.

Prefect location! Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was amazing. Many options to chose and it was delicious. And having the view of the sea as the backdrop for breakfast was incredible!

This hotel is fantastic, it’s in a great location, and the service was top notch. Paris helped us book restaurant reservations and was very friendly. Georgia was our beach side server and was incredibly sweet and also gave us great service. This hotel had an amazing view of the sunset. The beds are a little hard, could have used a mattress topper

The staff and the owner have pride in the property and treat the guests like family ( good family ?). The location and facilities are the best! I loved everything about the property!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Naxos. Right on the beach, close to restaurants, walking distance to Agia Anna and all of the shops in Agio Prokopios. Close to the main town as well (although taxi/car needed for that). Loved the easy access to the beach. We had no issues getting sunbeds whenever we showed up. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They offer transfer services so you don’t have to call a taxi (same prices as taxis). You just let them know and they will drop you off and pick you up wherever you would like to go. Very convenient! They also surprised us with a beautiful cake for my husband’s birthday - really very thoughtful, attentive and friendly staff. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus! Our room set up was also perfect for a family traveling with kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The very friendly and helpful employees: Paris, Andy and Georgia were the best! The proximity to the beach right across the street and short hop skip and a jump to restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing! Outdoor breakfast with the bees. Just that time of year.

The room was nice but hard to "hang out in", with no living room qualities (e.g., couch) - just beds. It's important to use the public spaces for any time not sleeping, napping, getting ready, etc.

I loved the staff at the property. They really helped to make the trip fun. Georgia at the beach club was so great. George at the bar was hilarious. Illoanna at the spa was amazing. The beach club was such a nice addition, the breakfast was the beat if our trip (4 properties) and the on sight restaurant had fabulous dinners!! The pool deck was a bit slippery but just take your time and be careful.

Directly in front of a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrella. The staff was lovely and Lianas was the epitome of ease and relaxation. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Outstanding Service. Great experience from start to finish. The resort is more beautiful than the pictures portray. The beach is great and it's walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and beaches.

We really liked the location and the fact that we had a dedicated beach area to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my massage.
