Naxos Island Hotel

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Location is excellent.

Clean rooms with a nice sea view from the family room. The rooftop infinity pool was a standout, great views and a lovely spot to relax. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Kids enjoyed the property overall. Breakfast and the restaurant were average at best not what you would expect at this price point. The gym and hot tub are located inside a room that isn’t well-promoted; we only found out about it by chance. For over $$$$ for four nights, the overall value feels hard to justify.

Roof top service

The location, the rooftop pool and parking were great The beds and pillows were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The room was never fully cleaned, towels were left on the floor, trash, new towels or body products never provided. The sheets/blanket were too thin and there was no comforter to be found even when we asked the staff. Nothing was provided.

The hotel was ok. I expected a 5 star. Maybe my fault. I expected it to be right off the beach. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The room was ok.

The staff were so over the top! They were wonderful. They went above and beyond! The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were huge and gorgeous. The beach was so amazing! It was so close to the hotel. The few blocks around the hotel offered several restuarants and shops. Everything was walkable. The view from our room was of the beach and we had a nice little deck with a place to hang our swimsuits. We used the laundry service and it was quick and cheap. I didn't like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I did see two cockroaches when I was there. One was down by the cars (a big one). The other was in our room. It was as we were leaving. It was crawling across the floor. I kind of freaked out. I washed all my clothes out of the suitcase with hot water as to not bring them in my home. That was a disappointment because they were all clean. We paid for laundry service.

Great sunset view from rooftop. Terrible pillows and bathroom products including soap. Dangerous shower enclosure. Never could get a breakfast order correct. Didn’t replenish breakfast food. Skimpy. Had to change rooms and incur higher charges because hot tub rooms were on ground floor and dark and gloomy. Hot tub was not filled all the way and didn’t let clean. Limit amount of lounge chairs at pool.

The location, the rooftop pool and views. The water is was full of chemicals it seems and was so harsh. When we took a shower it left our skin so itchy and dry. Also the bed was like a rock could not get any good sleep during our stay.

Great location. The staff was always present and very helpful with recommendations. I loved intricate rooftop with pool and bar. The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Also, the gym was very small with few options, and you had to reserve to use it over an hour ahead of time. We ended up going to a gym across the street instead.

Excellent location and friendly staff Breakfast could have been a little better

Location was the key! Across the road was a famous restaurant and the beach was 50 metres walk. The breakfast layout was t anything to boast about but the manager would approach me every day and tell me that they are happy to make anything I wanted even if it wasn’t on display. The view from the breakfast area was awesome and on the rooftop pool area Better? I guess if they moved the hotel to be across from the beach would be better. I couldn’t fault this place and would recommend it .

Nothing to not like, it was just perfect

The location was perfect and the room size and amenities were excellent. The concierge service was also unparalleled - we were very well taken care of.
