Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff!

Great location and nice rooms

The property was absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept and clean also in a great location. There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was great, right on the beach. The garden was very beautiful and well organized. The pool was also very nice and well kept. The shower didn’t work and we had to try and manually fix it ourselves. The electricity went down several days of our trip, and although that is not the fault of the hotel owners, there was no attempt to reduce the per night cost. We lacked electricity for about half of our trip. The beach closest to the hotel requires you to pay for use of the beach chairs on the beach which are owned by the hotel. As hotel managers there should be a beach chair included in the price of the room.

Katerina was super kind and helpful. Helped warn us about impending travel strikes that help accommodate our travel to avoid. Super close to lovely beaches and great restaurants.

The location just across from Agia Anna Beach was perfect! We are set back just far enough that it was super quiet but just a one minute walk to the beach. The room and deck were very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was very clean and the pool itself was impeccably looked after and very refreshing. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Hotel Fanis offers clean, comfortable, and nicely sized rooms. The rooms are newly renovated, though there are a few small issues—for example, the hand sink is located outside the bathroom, which isn’t very convenient. Some additional touches, like a luggage stand or a full-length mirror, would enhance the experience. Our host was very hospitable and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to one of Naxos’s best beaches, Agia Anna. That there is no stand for luggages

Very nice staff!

Can't think of anything significant. If you aren't in your room, the AC won't work but this is common in Europe and is done for Energy conservation. When you first go into your room it is hot but the AC cools the room pretty quickly.

Katerina is always ready to help and support you to make your stay very pleasant! The pool and the location so close to the beach are amazing! Nothing!

The daily line change and room cleaning. Excellent hospitality. The pool was nice and the use of beach chairs was excellent!! The shower was very narrow but did have hot water

The location was unbeatable! On one of the best beaches on Naxos! And Katarina is the best! She was helpful in every way possible! She made our stay magical. My kids room was a little on the older side and there were issues with WiFi connectivity there which made it difficult for them to get some work done. The bathroom in that unit was on the older side.

Great location in the island. Hotel very very close to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. Good wifi. The hotel offered free transfert from the port. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.
