I had to leave.

An excellent location for a short stay. Our room was initially missing a kettle for making tea, however the friendly reception staff member addressed this small issue very quickly. Otherwise, the room was spotless and as expected; the blackout blinds made it very easy to have a good night's sleep. Nothing of note.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was staying directly above the automatic security door so I could hear it open and close late at night and early morning.

Plumbing very poor. Toilet and bathroom sink blocked, shower water went everywhere due to huge gap between wall and shower screen. Heater didn't work properly, TV only had 2 local channels, the rest had sound but no picture. Bed was on wheels and moved too easily. Loud music downstairs til late. Advertised parking but had to pay elsewhere for parking and were told this happens all the time, (hotel booking said parking available) but it really means there is NO PARKING at the hotel. Unless you want a parking fine that is

A bit isolated from rest of cbd

The water pressure was good in the bathroom. Check in was awkward not your usual welcoming. We did get a cheap room so maybe that's why we were next to the lift and could hear it all night. The cupboards were broken and dated. The bed was average and rooms not very noise proof. If you want something cheap and not a bad location it's perfect just to crash however don't expect to have a great night's sleep.

After hrs checkin went straight forward, room and amenities good. I wasn't informed that overnight road works were scheduled on the front road until I received late check in instructions. Not only were the works extremely noisy the road works crew used the side street adjacent to my room for road works equipment storage and works location. The noise was horrendous all night no sleep. I should have been given the information up front and had the choice not to stay. As I arrived on a late flight and check out next day, I was really unhappy and extremely tired. The road works would have been scheduled well in advance so this was poor management.

Really like this place Nothing comes to mind.

Pretty clean, excellent location, staff really kind

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was really comfy. The facilities were good. The time we stayed meant it was winter but the room was warm. It was great to be able to open the window too. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Everything was perfect My only concern was the heating. It was so cold even when I set the temperature to 30.

Very used pillows an not enough for the King size bed an on 1st fo Floor a bit noisy but I'm sure as you go up it will get quieter ?

Staff is very friendly, understanding and talkative. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. I would likely recommend it to others and I would certainly come back to this hotel in Adelaide.
