The room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. TV was huge and new. Unfortunately the room was cool - it was winter. But the A/C wouldn’t heat it, even when raised to 24C; it only produced cool air. But there was a large spare blanket so I was comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, easy process the room had everything we needed and was easy to navigate yourself around the complex

The cafe breakfast. The location wasn’t in the cbd as stated, there was no parking, the room was adequate, service was requested when we went out - came back at 3.30pm and it was in the process of being done! Breakfast wasn’t on the property - was at a cafe that was the best thing about the stay. The use of the word boutique should have to be qualified, it wasn’t boutique as I understand the word.

The location is great and the venue has all you need with large comfortable lounge areas and common use kitchen facility. The air con was not working and it was very cold in the room, they provided a radiator. The TV did not work, fixed on day 3. They fixed promptly when advised

Staff helpful and friendly. Large room with window that could open. Kitchen facilities. Tv had problems, water was not super hot all the time and the bed could have been firmer.
