Strategically located to where I had to conduct work. E scooters close handy for transport. Shower over the bath,,,,,potential trip hazard. I would prefer to see no bath, and just a walk in shower.

Good parking. Close to tram and cbd. Comfy bed. The price is reasonable for what you get. The online photos make it look a little better than it actually is. Room wasn't as clean as I liked with the floor not vacuumed well. The building needs an upgrade. Slight smell of cigarettes because people smoke on their balconies.

Checking in and checking out Bath is on a slant and i felt unsafe. Could do with a Grab rail in bath/shower area. Shower head way to low.

Room was ok Carpark availability. Paid for parking, when i returned at night after a show, there were no parks left (apart from 1 only which some inconsiderate 4WD owner decided to park across 2 parks). I was then told either get a refund and park on street, or park 2 hotels down in their carpark

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Most staff were lovely. Very dusty in places, windows dirty, hair in shower, no hand soap, no response to online messaging service, freezer didn’t freeze, no streaming or casting, only Channel 7 & 2.

Stay here many times, recognised and well looked after Only the 1 lift. Need to fix the out of operation lift!

The standard has dropped. Scrambled eggs were half raw, bacon burnt and black. No mugs for tea.. Room service food was good, but cold on arrival. The pizza was burnt....again,After the standard has dropped.

Location Very disappointed that when I checked at 12pm if my room was ready after driving 4.5 hours I was told yes but would be charged an extra 40 to check in early. Not great service when other hotels will call once cleaners have been and is available to check in. Was told to come back at 3pm.
