The room was good had a weird encounter with house keeping she was very rude and had attitude as I only had just woken up and opened the door she said check out was 30 minutes ago which I can't really control when I wake up as I'm on antipsychotics that make me tired and sleep more as I'm on aripripeazole which causes lethargic affects I will not be booking here ever again for that made me very uncomfortable almost forgot my phone because I was rushed

Nothing This was a 5-star price for what is essentially 0-star accommodation. In my opinion, the room advertising was misleading. The description of a “double room with shared bathroom” did not clearly indicate that the bathroom would be shared with other unrelated guests. This was not what we reasonably expected when booking. The room itself was extremely small and not suitable for two adults. Access via stairs was also an issue and not clearly highlighted. Due to these conditions, my wife and adult daughter felt uncomfortable and chose to leave and find alternative accommodation at additional cost. I assume the exorbitant price was due to the AFL Gather Round weekend. To make matters worse, management acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, however no refund has been received to date. Overall, very poor value for money and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property.

Location was fine. Quality of the room was poor. Damaged walls with patched plaster. Power point covered with electrical tape. Exposed wire in the bathroom. Cracked tiles in the shower

The Receptionist who assisted us during our incident was cordial. From 7pm-12:40am on Sunday Night/Monday Morning on my girlfriends birthday, we had to listen to a clearly inebriated man in the next room scream along to music blaring, when we called reception to make a complaint at nearly 1am in the morning, the man was warned by security, only for us to audibly hear him bring a prostitute into his room 30 minutes later, followed by incredibly loud grunting, smacking, and vulgar statements yelled by the man such as ‘oh baby you’re so fucking good’ and ‘oh baby you’re so tight’. My girlfriend had to wake up on her birthday to the sounds of a man grunting during sex in the next room, when we once again called reception, the solution provided to us was not the removal of the man in the next room, but instead for me and my girlfriend to have to wake up at nearly 2am, pack up our room, and move across the hotel to go to a new room. All on her birthday. A refund or a free night is absolutely expected after this, I didn’t pay to hear a clearly drunk man scream out lenny kravitz for four hours and then start having sex with a prostitute on my girlfriends birthday.

Mattress is comfortable. Microwave, fridge, glass, teaspoon are available. The front door is not barricaded enough, anybody could break in. The balcony floor isn't tiled and not swipe daily. Parking on the street but it's ok. Other than that, all perfect
-
The touchpads on the doors could be a bit frustrating to use sometimes
