Everything was excellent. Felt like a much more premium hotel than the price indicated. I asked for a specific type of room and got it, plus an upgrade. Very happy with that. Every time I walked through the lobby the front end staff acknowledged me which was appreciated. I loved the view out of my corner window. It is on Hindley St. No problem at all except I had a very early start, 4.30 am on a Sunday morning and felt uncomfortable on the street, which is to be expected on a night club street. The rest of the time, great location, heaps of restaurants and shopping right out the door.

Clean, modern and comfortable overall. Carpark was horrible, too tight, unable to turn, not wide enough, fear of hitting poles and cars, bays too small.

Located within walking distance to all local Adelaide attractions and close to public transport. The room was comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

All Staff on the front desk and around the hotel were extremely helpful and delightfully friendly. Room spacious and clean. Great location Daily room service a bit hit and miss. Mugs and glasses not washed and supplies not topped up one day but all perfect the next. Realise they have a big turnover but a little disappointed with this.

Clean hotel with newly renovated rooms. One of the comfest beds I've ever had in a hotel. Facilities were near new and well maintained. Close to Adelaide Convention Centre (a block away) where the conference was held. Close to the Festival Centre and Adelaide Oval. Rundle Mall and tram stop (trams are free within the city) only a block away. The tram went all the way to Glenelg Beach! The bus stop for the airport is the next street over from the hotel. Plenty of dining options around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again Only 1 treadmill working in the hotel gym so it got very busy early in the morning.

Location. Very unhygienic. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly when we arrived. Both the toilet lid and bath towels had brown stains on them. Absolutely disgusting and would like to speak to someone further about this.

Very noisy both nights. One night robot vacuum going late at night and the second night there sounded like a herd of elephants above us.

Great location, large room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast and bar. Bathroom large and had everything needed. Staff seemed uninterested in guests and quite rude at times. Desk staff were hard to understand and had very little knowledge of the area when asked simple questions like "Where is?' One particular breakfast staff was very rude. One morning the breakfast was very crowded and staff did not cope with the amount of guests.
