We love the location, food (breakfast and dinner), cleanliness , friendliness of staff and overall experience during our stay. It would be better to have a clear entrance sign from the main street to make it easier to find the hotel. I checked in at 11:30 p.m. and had difficulty finding the entrance, as it was my first time visiting both the hotel and Adelaide.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable Room was good besides the water flow issues, biggest problem is the parking complex. Elevator was covered in shit and the door didn’t close sometimes. The screen on the park complex gate was hard to use as it didn’t recognise the code I was trying to enter. Had to drive through a herd of people because there are clubs ring in front of it, for what it cost me per night that was unacceptable.

Decor , location , staff the beds We were first given a room on the north side and you could hear the music from the Rundle st area . We asked to be moved and this was at 9.30-10pm , the staff were very obliging and found us a room on the other side of the hotel . All done in a timely and helpful manner .

Central location, good facilities and friendly staff Just minor cleaning improvements could be done, was dusty and there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Very minor though.
