The jacuzzi on my balcony was cold.

Location was good. The view from our balcony looking east was exceptionally good. We were in room five and it was very noisy and we had to sleep with all doors and windows shut at night, making it very hot and stuffy. The side street has motorcycles and lots of trucks making it rather unpleasant.

Location was excelent. very walkable and close to all needs,resturants and shopping. Taxis are convienient and available.the area is safe and quiet. Close to the beach was also nice. Water pressure wasnt great. No water one afternoon was not good at all.

If there was breakfast, I certainly wasn't told that! The location was very good, central to everything. The staff were not present enough. There should be a little more staffing of the reception desk.

The housekeepers were so efficient and friendly. It really was not an issue however we both noticed the manager (woman) did nothing

Lovely pool, staff, and room. Terrific location, a short walk (like 4 min, up a small hill and down some steps) to a great beach with small waves, and also only 5-10 min into downtown. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

No breakfast? Best location. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Paulina Am already booked for next year Not having to change rooms

Great location and quaint hotel. Very charming. Bathroom was a wee bit cramped.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants, the beach and downtown. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Drinking water was supplied which was appreciated. The staff were attentive and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel was quiet.

For me the location is great it’s an easy stroll into downtown. There are plenty of food options within a couple of blocks. The downtown beaches are so close and La Ropa is a 4 min cab ride away. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing people. It’s my favorite hotel in Zihua!!! Nothing

Close to everything restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very clean . Pleasant staff. Swimming pool great place to relax. Nothing it was a perfect place to stay

The location is in one of the best locations while not being on the beach . Excellent restaurants along the quiet one lane street. 3 minute walk to one of the 4 beaches in ZIH Taxi stand next to the hotel. Pharmacy on the corner. 8 minute walk to downtown 10 minute walk to major grocery store. 3 minute walk to the central open air market which also has a wide variety of inexpensive clothing stores…Medical Clinics.
