It was ok. Not always someone there to help

The Staff is wonderful, beautiful view as always, (we have stayed at Villas El Morro before) pool time is always great. Easy access to transportation. Good food within easy walking distance. The bathroom was often a bit smelly from the drains, one burner did not work on the hot plate/stove top. Unfortunately it is starting to get expensive to stay there.

Beautiful little apartment with a fabulous view. Staff is wonderful. Internet can be intermittent but availability improves at certain times of the day.

It was wonderful. The view is spectacular

Great location and view. Place was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful. Will return when in Zihau.

Amazing location and room. Staff and management were friendly, responsive and helpful. We are always happy to stay here. It is not as convenient as other places but the view more than makes up for this. We could still walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (and we were going slowly)

The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet, relaxing, great views from our room. You definitely get a work out walking the stairs to the property or just walking to Zihua. We would definitely come back Paulina and the staff are really friendly and helpful The only thing we didn’t like was the price was a bit high

Location was perfect, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and very quiet. They are much better in person than in pictures!!! The pool at night is truly amazing. Staff is kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.

For the price it was good for overnight stay. It is a long way up hill Hard to get to Beach lots if stairs to try to beach but there is a bus outside hotel that you could take
-
Have stayed there numerous times and love it. Too bad they do not have a restaurant but there is some nearby.

The view it's great! We stayed in the Master Suite. Nice balcony, 1 bedroom with a great view and the living room has a great view too. The pool is excellent! There is a nice family owned place to eat that opens at 2pm daily (except Tuesday) until 11pm (or so). Just turn left as you leave the driveway and walk about 3-4 houses. They hand write a little menu everyday, and serve beer, wine, and margaritas. The Combi (little bus) comes by about every 15 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less). Cost is 13 pesos to the Centro and goes to the Ixtapa Marina (not sure the cost to the Marina). The buses have pink stripes on them and have Noria and Ixtapa Marina printed on the windshield. There are also steps to get down to the dock and a bridge to get over to the beach. To get to them turn right from the driveway. They are located immediately to the right of the orange building (a tree kind of hides the steps). It is a good workout going up and down those steps! The AC was noisy. There is only one AC located in the bedroom. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. When you leave the room, the AC shuts off (there is a card on the keys that activates the AC). There is one TV only and it is in the bedroom.

Have stayed here numerous times during the past 20 years and always enjoyed our stay. Lack of personnel to help with luggage and check in.

Amazing view, spacious suite, nice hot water for shower, very clean, kind & friendly staff, off-street parking, well-equipped kitchen, crystal clean pool, toiletries offered freely, many ceiling fans, cold AC in bedroom, heavy drapes block out heat during day, talavera ceramic fixtures, spacious closet & pantry no instructions for the cook top stove, no TV in great room, bedroom ceiling fan rattled loudly, large drapes don't close completely, TV too small for large room, deposit required for pool towels, no food service and nearby options are limited, musty smells from the back unscreened windows, property is very steep up the drive and many flights of stairs up to rooms
