Everyone working here makes you feel at home. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on helping us see and do everything we were interested in doing. WiFi was hit or miss in the bedrooms, and did not work in the bathroom. But it worked well o. The kitchen and in the lobby.

The pool was really small and shallow, and right beside the front desk.

Modest hotel but nice, staff are genuinely friendly and easy-going. Secure off street parking. Showers good pressure, water was tepid but who needs hot water here? Comfortable bed. Crystal clean little pool. Just a block from fairground which is fun. Bit of a walk to beach but not that far and nice walk through bustling pretty zihua.

Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! I didn't use the pool as it is in the lobby and too open to every one for me to feel comfortable.

Bryan was so wonderful and helpful the entire stay!! The accommodation was perfect for a budget stay, with extremely cold aircon), clean rooms, and a good walking distance from everything:) I felt extremely welcome and at home at this family run hotel, and so appreciated the suggestions for local food! Thank you for a great stay! The hot water took a while to warm up/was not always the hottest, but to be fair it was cloudy and I think it runs on a solar tank, plus it is so hot here that you don't really need a super hot shower anyways :)

The staff is very friendly and also very accommodating. The pool was kept clean and for the most part quiet :) The room was very small but we made the most of it. There needs somewhere to store suitcases. The tv in our room was too small and old to properly watch. Although we weren’t there to watch tv :)

Can’t beat it for price and location. Great air con and wifi. Comfy bed. Very clean. Near town but not noisy. Had fridge and access to microwave. Tiny pool good for kids. NOT luxury in any way, shape or form but I’d def stay there again. Owner and son super helpful and nice. Could use a little updating but that’s minor.

The staff were awesome. Brian was always smiling and spoke English. The cleaning lady was friendly and did an over and above job with cleaning our room. Chrr we istian was so helpful with all our questions on the where to go to enjoy our stay. I was disappointed with the indoor pool. There was no railings to get in or out for seniors. I prefer an outdoor pool with accessibility to get in and get out. Therewere no railings on the stairs. I had a difficultt time using the 17 stairs. I had to hang on to the wall

This is a budget hotel. Don't expect anything more. Beds are cozy. Staff are great. Everything is good. Lovely inexpensive accommodation

Friendly staff, very clean, free bottled water. Big fridge.Wifi ok. Quiet. Close to restaurants, shops. Beach 20 minute walk. Pool was in a corner by itself by the front desk, no chairs, table or sun. Only patio door for outside light and it's right beside front desk. Two small ugly bathroom windows. Beds were not comfortable. Hardly no kitchen utensils for cooking. No microwave, really old grungy toaster. Had to ask for kitchen knife, dish cloth and soap. Only one very old shelf unit for storing clothes, no hooks, hangers. Very outdated.
