We were keen to stay here because of how close it seemed to the beach but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the beach. almost everything, the nicest person was the lady at the entrance checking people’s health codes. Those at the reception were very unwelcoming. Did not inform us that we needed to go register at the local police station before we could stay at the hotel (despite us calling the day before to ask about the check in procedure during covid). Told us to go to a police station that we looked for for over an hour and never found (even locals didn’t recognise the location we were given) in the scorching heat. Then when we gave up they suddenly decided a picture of us would suffice and registration was no longer necessary, no apology given . You would think they were new to the job, did not even offer to look after our luggage while we went to look for the police station, we had to ask! When we were finally able to enter the room it was such a disappointment, very small, dirty and no view. We immediately booked another much better hotel (Hyatt). They even had the cheek to try to ask us for spending 15 minutes in the room (all of which was spent looking for alternative accommodation).Much rather pay double the price to receive better service.
