Target Hostel

Nothing at all, there were doors and a roof… some walls too. Aside from the building structure itself it sucked unbelievably. There was 7 people in my 6 person room. 1 of them worked at the hostel so that was a little strange. The bunk beds are barely holding together, swag side to side, lots of stains in the blankets. Beds are extremely loud you cannot even breath without it sounding like a gang of cats meowing. When I got to my room with my friend the hostel worker asked who weighs less and instructed me to get in one of the beds because he said it was unstable for my friend (10kg heavier than me only) The bed posts supporting my mattress snapped while I was getting in the bed, hand fell through the bed and the piece of wood hit the guy under me who was sleeping. Bathroom is extremely dirty, shower had toilet paper mushed up inside, mold on wall and ceiling. Doors to washroom do not close you have to shower with a 15cm cracked open door. No towels, no toilet paper, no hand soap. Place sucks avoid at all cost even if it is $15

After making my booking I did not received any message woth the code for the door. Even though it was still 21h the reception was empty (although they state on booking.com that you can do your check-in until 23hs. I had to book another place to stay (guess I'm lucky not to stay there as I heard from other travelers that is terrible). I contacted them to get a refund and they never answered my messages. Terrible customer service experience. There is a reason why they charge so cheap. Avoid this terrible trap.

No one at the reception, the contact number automatically directs to voicemail that is full. Lockers where the keys were basically broken. We had nonsmoking room reserved, it wasn't stayable at all: the walls all in fungus, bedsheets dirty, some marks of blood even. We didn't even stay and called Customer Service of The Booking.com. You cannot even get full refund from them as the host pf the place doesn't reach back to TheBooking staff. So best to report and raise more awareness, that no one faces the Scam we faced.

The room was clean, bed was cozy, attached bathroom was also clean. In the morning when I arrived to leave the luggage in locker, the password shared for the main door lock was not working. Apparently they shared a wrong password. I tried to communicate, but no response was there until Afternoon. The common kitchen was not clean. The oven was very dirty. The common space had very low light.

I then showed him additional proof that my reservation was valid and fully paid, but he continued shouting. We ended up calling the police ourselves, and only then did he finally say, “Okay, I can see that everything is paid for.” All of this happened at around 3:00 a.m. On top of that, there was a party going on, and members of the staff were shouting, playing loud music, and making a lot of noise. I am requesting compensation because we spent the entire night dealing with this extremely stressful situation and waiting for the police to arrive. By the time the police got there, the man had already hidden somewhere and refused to come out. The whole experience was incredibly stressful, and we were unable to get any proper rest because of what happened.

I didnt like There were no towels, and the room was as dirty as it looked in the photos. The door did not have a lock, and the keyhole was empty, which meant that anyone outside could look into the room. When we asked a staff member about these issues, they started shouting at us. They said that everything was the owner’s responsibility and that they could not handle everything at the same time.You can check the security camera recordings to verify what happened. Because the door to my friends’ room was locked, they were forced to enter through the window. We were told that the hostel owner would come, but they never showed up. We are requesting a full refund.

Wifi was not working.

Nothing Couldnt checkin and come in becouse nobody sent usvindtructions. The room was durty with blood on sheets and garbage everywhere. The wind was comming throuhg windows. Had to book another hotel in the meadle of the nigt.. anothe 6 prople had the same problems. We all were writing to booking but nobody unswered us. Got seek becousevofvthe cold windy room and that we had to be outside with -7 and no hotel wanted to let us in, and no Booking.com were answering us!!! We write the statement to police like we were adviced by our lawer.

The bed wasn't made, there was no staff to talk to, and the door handle was broken as well. I couldn't stay, I got another place for my stay in Zakopane.

I choose another place to stay ever since I arrived inside my room. I do not need to explain further.

- It existed - The humidity of a room is awful, it felt like things are not getting dry at all - Doors to bathrom were really difficult to close and even more difficult to open again after that - Kitchen looked like quite a mess - No contact with property at all except the automatic messages

No mirror in the bathrooms or bedrooms, beds are so squeaky that you can’t sleep at night especially when someone is moving. We came and we couldn’t do our check in, we called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Last minute I got message about moving the check in time to 8pm from 2pm. Very unprofessional

BUT, location is great. You can check in whenever. There's no checkout. AND Very few people stay here, so the fridge was empty, the rooms empty. Without reception you can check in and out whenever or not at all. There are security locks to the front door and your room. The kitchen works. Stove top is good. The shower water has good heat. Wifi poor - only play 240px on YouTube. Broken shower, and too small toilet. No reception, and no one answering calls. The cameras are off, so if a guest is misbehaving this is no evidence. No reception would make it feel less safe for a solo female traveler. Also the interior has been updated, so many previous photos have expired. The bathroom and washrooms doors need repair.

NEVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMERS HOSTEL They act like they have some issues and push you to cancel then they won’t return your money back

They cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to get there. I went there but no one was there. I tried to contact them via phone and email but no response from them. It put me in trouble as it was a long weekend and I hardly could find another place to stay.

The room, beds, and bathrooms exhibited visible mold, raising concerns about cleanliness and health standards. Several beds in the room had broken boards; despite reporting this issue, no action was taken. In one instance, a guest actually fell through a broken bed onto another person below, indicating a serious lapse in maintenance and safety protocols

The photos here are of a completely different place. In reality, it is a very dirty place, there is no staff. There are no handles on the doors, we had to find clean bed linen ourselves.
