Near airport!

We stayed for only one night but everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, close to the airport and a free shuttle services.

The property was great. It was clean and comfortable with large rooms. It worked great for us and was right near the airport. It is a bit outside of town but for us, we weren’t doing things in town so it wasn’t an issue.

The staff was great. Excellent receptionist and very helpful staff in the restaurant. Room on 9th floor had ants. The room was too warm, when we came in. The AC is switched off when one leaves the room and the glass facade makes it like a greenhouse. There were no hooks for used towels in the bathroom. The light switches are on the wrong side of the room and master switch does not switch off all lights.

How new and clean it was as well as the value for money and the vieuws from the gym That the housekeeping nocked the door early morning, before check out time, while I was still trying to sleep in.

The shower drain in 8512 doesn’t work that well. The hotel didn’t dry my clothes enough so I got back wet clothes.

near airport..best choice for early flight

It was very bad experience when I stayed in Novotel YIA for 4 days 3 nights, check in time was very long (morethan 1 hour), bed cover is not clean and carpet inside the room also is not clean, towel is not clean, body soap is empty, tissue in the room is also empty, no drinking water in the room. In 2nd day is still the same with add complain trash can is not clean out. All foods was gone and too long time to refill in the breakfast.
