Convenient location The restroom near the lobby was filthy. Piles Dirty plates in front of the guest rooms, should be cleared not left for hours.

I liked that they have changed my room but after alot a lot of explaining as the girls don’t have much Info about many things but the manager changed my room and upgraded that’s the only thing and bed is nice The noise from everywhere and they start songs on 6 am in pool area that was really noisy so if u are looking for quit place this is not the right place ! Plus property vey old needs renovation

Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed lounging by the pool. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times, and it was good. We wanted to drop off our luggage before check in time, and the staff cheerfully accommodated us. When we did check in later in the afternoon, our luggage had been delivered to our room. Good job! Grey towels. Towels need to be washed in hot water with some bleach. The lamp in the corner of the room was falling apart. The walls could have been cleaner. There were some splashes from a previous guest that had not been wiped up.

Initially we put in a standard room. These rooms were very tired and poorly maintained. Bathroom had visible signs of mould and blind was rusting. However we were upgraded to a better room that was more spacious and comfortable. Also the hotel advertised a free shuttle to Marliboro street which was not the case in reality so people should be aware of that.

The bathrooms really need a makeover. In my room, the shower door was damaged, the roller blind dirty.

The hotel is very clean with good service from the staff. The breakfast was very good with variety of dishes to choose for a good meal. As it is quite an old hotel, some of the amenities need to be upgraded.

Courtios staff. Attentive and helpful always when contacted. - The toilet was so smelly. The foul order from the drainage is filled in the toilet. - Though they say that there is a Bar, no alcohol available.
