Location was good to see sunrise with Mt Fuji at the lake. I like the traditional room style but the bath room was quite small. Bathroom, quite small and old appliances.

The main downside is that the area becomes very quiet after around 6 pm, with many nearby restaurants closing early. Without a car, dining options are quite limited, and 7-Eleven may be the only convenient choice.

The room was spacious and the location is superb, very close to Hirano Beach. Mr. Abdul, one of the hotel assistants, was extremely helpful and friendly, he even offered to help us find a contact for bicycle rentals. Highly recommended! The toilet is a little small, but I understand that’s fairly common in Japan. If possible, I’d appreciate having a more comfortable pillow.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. On our second day, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent—one of the staff kindly guided us to the back of the hotel to take photos with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, and another staff member even picked us up from the bus station on our second day.

Location. Staff didn’t answer any questions we asked over the 3-4 days before our arrival leaving us wondering about possibilities of leaving bags or early check in. Or bicycle storage.

View on the lake and Mt Fuji covered with a spacious room up to 4 people. Seems relatively newly renovated. In the renovation process they seem to have forgotten about the bathroom… even for Japan it is tiny. Especially for this price in a room that has beds for up to 4 people, it would be essential to have (much) more space in the bathroom. Even with under 180cm i hit my knees on the wall when i sat down on the toilet …

The room was clean and spacious. I can see the location is great if you want to enjoy pretty views of Fuji. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we didn’t see much. I also enjoyed the private bath by hire.
