This hotel is worth for money..because the location is superb, right in d middle of Zhongsan road shopping area. Btw it also has laundry room, free for hotel guest. Nothing..everything ia perfect for me.

The location is superb ?? in the middle of Zhongsan Road Shopping Street. The room is more spacious than the others Ibis Chain Hotel Not soundproof. It's a little bit noisy

Location, stone throw from Zhongshan walking street and the harbour to Gulangyu as well as the Twin Towers. No lack of food. Good for first timer to Xiamen and perhaps one night stay. Local guests who smoked in the room as our room smelled of cigarette smell. Design of the room, sink is outside of the toilet, entrance to the hotel which has only 1 lift. The bed was too soft. Noise from street level. Perhaps ask for higher level, max up to level 5.

The location is great. 24-hour coffee machine. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast spreads are very limited, mainly catered for the local tastes which are too oily for the foreigners. Dishes were cold most of the times. The hotel escalator to the street was faulty throughout our 3-day stay. There is only one operating lift for the whole hotel with 146 guest rooms. Hence you can imagine how difficult to access during the peak hours. The hotel rooms are due for a full renovations. The electrical points were old and torn down. Air conditioner temperature setting in the rooms not working.

Location is perfect. Middle of Zhongshqn road, everything you can get nearby Perfect choice for one night stop over traveller. Building itsef is quite old and outdated. Facility is acceptqble but need to be improved.

You're just paying for the location of this hotel, which is right on Zhongshan road. The bedroom itself was ok, the beds comfortable, but everything else was shabby. If you are staying for just one night and know your way around Xiamen, it's ok. But don't stay longer. And don't book this hotel if it's your first night in Xiamen. There are much better hotels for the same price. The reception area was shabby. The gym was tiny and next to the dining area where the diners can see you. There is one small lift. The escalators look very shabby. The hotel looks run down from the outside. The staff don't speak English. One of the staff was very helpful, but another staff took advantage of us (charged us 60 yuan for the taxi ride from the hotel to the airport which normally costs under 40 yuan). If you don't have a Chinese SIM card and Didi app, you will have a hard time booking your own taxi from the hotel. The taxis will pick you up from the back of the hotel. The lobby is in the 2nd floor which means you'll have to use the tiny elevator to go down to the back of the hotel.

Great location, right on Zhongshan walking street where there is lots of shopping and food options. The staff were friendly and patient with our basic Chinese and translation apps. No English speaking service is available. We booked two rooms. One room was ok, with 2 single beds and a large window looking onto the main street which was a little noisy. The second room had a weird large 'post' in the middle of it and the sofa had stains on it and only a small window. The breakfast had some variety but was very 'meh' in a small dingy area.
