Carefull Carefull Please protect yourself from cheaters you will be over charge in this hotel they will take extra charge as safty deposite on your card and will say we will refund this amount to your card after your check out. They will never refund you the Safty deposite. I will fight for my rights and will not leave even one penny with them. They has to refund. I paid 910.53 RMB as security deposite which is not back since i left from 12-Jul-2025. The Hotel is over charging in the shape of Security deposite. Be Carefull ask them before checkin and try to pay them cash and ask cash in refund of Seciurity deposite. Otherwise you will suffer as i am suffring.

i had an unpleasant experience with the female staff member from Guest Services who delivered a toothpick to my room. She left before I could finish asking my question.

Nice views. Very comfortable room. Good restaurant and breakfast. Only one guy speaks English: BOWEN. Nice guy, very attentive. Nothing around, Always need taxi. Swimming pool was nice but could use it only one day. Rest of days was closed??♂️

None When I booked the hotel through booking.com, the booking payment was 698 Chinese yuan but when I checked in they asked me to pay 1300 Chinese yuan, this unprofessional and disgusted. Also the room was different from the one I booked, terrible service. The hotel in general is poor regarding service. In night time there's no desk attendant. And there's no coffee or any snakes in the lobby. Also the room doesn't have clothes iron or clothes steamer. It's terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also the staff are rude and unprofessional specifically if you don't speak Mandarin.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days, the breakfast is good but can be improved adding Hong Kong breakfast The location is quiet good for staying away from the busy district a bit far from local eateries

That it was a safe place to stay and a nice place to walk and close to restaurants, malls and other. It is also right in front of a bus station and close to a metro station. The staff doesn’t speak English very well or they don’t speak any most of the time.

it was clean and nice .The location was also fine tho not in the heart of city but it’s easy to get to various spots around . I forgot my IPhone charger in the room and tried to contact the hotel a day after I’ve checked out ,but there was no response.So I’ve managed to get back and ask whether my charger was there but the manager on duty said that neither him not the lady who cleaned our room after could find it…very sad and can’t understand how could my charger be lost within a day with no any track of whatsoever…
