The best hotel I've been to in China, cats are so cute, you can chill and play some Mario Kart with your friends in the lobby, great bathrooms and beds. So good!

It was all ok mostly.

It was the best value for the money. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfy and also there are blackout curtains. I slept every day very well without waking up in the middle. There are also very cute cats in the lobby area. It is 3 minutes walk to nice areas of the old city. Highly recommended

Staff weren't very friendly.

A truely nice hotel, amazingly appointed and fabulous staff, helpful and cheerful at all times. The cats were so adorable and there was baby ones. The location is perfect the bed and bathroom are perfect and super clean. The room has nintentdo switch and fridge, there’s laundry service. The breakfast was delicious. Overall the place is a ten out of ten.

Location was excellent. Bus stops were right outside hotel. A bit of walk to the Metro but manageable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cats were a treat. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Could have more local fare instead of trying to do western food.

Everything! I booked this hotel because I am a cat lover. The hotel surpassed all of my expectations. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Everything is amazing! The rooms are modern and clean and very comfortable! I was amazed when I walked in as the price was very reasonable. The location is good too as the city wall and Drum tower within walking distance as well as the subway. I would return to this hotel. Nothing. It was all great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the accomodation was perfect. It’s situated on top of a convenience store and also a bunch of restaurants within a minute distance! The wall is a 15 minute walk away which is really convenient as well. I would highly recommend staying here! Nothing

The WeChat idea is great. That was the best thing for foreigners like myself. We booked a guide, got a bunch of questions and recommendations from the staff. Loved it.

Location is a little bit far from Metro and staff didn't speak English.

Stayed in a suite with 2 room, 2 toilets and a living/dining area. The floor space was big and that makes its comfortable for a family. There is a laundry room which is good to get your own laundry done. There is also a room with cats which guests can visit. We had small issues with the toilets and the hotel did a good job fixing it quick. It is south of the city walls which make it and easy walk. The dark colour-ed walls took some getting used to but i could understand it might be difficult to keep clean light walls when you have many guests. You could occasionally smell cigarette smoke in the corridors though it is suppose to be smoke free but i guess it is hard to stop guest from smoking in their rooms.

Modern. Clean. Good value Payment requested at arrival was not needed as prepaid. Took a long time to sort.

I liked everything! The staff was always willing to help even though they do not speak any other language but chinese, the facilities were excellent, super clean, neat and comfy! I would definitely come back here!

Very poor breakfast,no buffet,you can order one out of 4 dishes and none of them was any good.
