Spark by Hilton Wytheville East Main Street

This place refused to give me a refund over 24 hours before my stay when my husband got sick!!!!!! I did buy the trip protection and I WILLbe filing a claim to get my money back!!!! As long as it’s 24 hours before a hotel should honor a refund if sickness happens!!!!!! I’ll NEVER stay or recommend this hotel! Expedia tried to contact the manager to see if they would cancel, and they were told multiple times there’s no manager available????? Really!!!!??? BAD BUSINESS!

The rooms were clean and the staff was great will differently stay again great pool and hot tub also

The building is older and feels old and a bit damp/musty. Bedding and room were very clean though. Staff was really good.

Basic maintenance miss: bathtub wouldn't drain. Not acceptable for a hotel

Would recommend that vents be put in the bathroom

The hot tub was set perfectly and functioned properly. The Pool was well maintained in great condition and temperature was perfect. There were plenty of towels. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and attentive as I rented 4 rooms and they were helpful in getting us all together.

Wytheville is a very busy town for travelers. This hotel is no exception to that. Lot's of travelers moving in and out of the property. We had a king suite with a king bed with a sleeper sofa and this was a great room for 3 of us and 2 medium sized dogs. Nice areas to walk the dogs. Pool was nice but busy as expected.

The pool and hot tub were great after a long drive. Breakfast was ok, could use some hot eggs, biscuits and gravey, and meats. Over all it was a great place to stop on our journey.

The breakfast is ample even without any hot items.

Staff and housekeeping were visible and clean halls and elevators. That breakfast are was very clean after lots of guest had their breakfast.

Clean , well maintained property but the rooms seem to be a bit small. Good value for an over night stay

I do wish there would have been a better breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from and nothing really for kids except cereal. Maybe invest in some warmers for eggs and / or a waffle pancake maker.

I stayed there twice in one week. The young man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was quiter than some places I've stayed. The breakfast does not have hot foods but have bagels, cereal, yogurt (you add toppings) boiled eggs, muffins, apples, bananas, orange and apple juice and milk. I did not go away hungry. The refrigerator does not have a freezer but it wasn't advertised that it did. It has what they advertise on their website. I would prefer extra plug in at bedside but there were plenty around table across the room.

We stayed just one night. Our room was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well on a very hot day.

The room was clean and air conditioner quiter than most. The dispensers in shower were all there. Had a grab bar which was very helpful. I preferred the sink inside the bathroom but you can't please everyone. The breakfast didn't have hot foods. Bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, apples and bananas and muffins. But, each hotel is different, I didn't go away hungry. The bed was comfortable and clean. Refrigerator didn't have a freezer but they didn't advertise that. The young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Room Setup is magnificent!! Welllll Playeddddddddd…………..

This hotel is the best kept secret! I will only stay at this hotel from here on out.
