It was fairly cleaned. The check in and out was easy. The windows were very thin and we heard highway noise all night. Be sure to request a room on the other side. It might be less noisy

We ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere. The room was dirty and found 3 bugs on the bed! The bath tub was filthy and there was brown stuff on the walls. Would not stay here!!

The hotel was comfortable but could use some updating.

Location great. Staff great. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited. Nothing but greasy foods. No whole grains, no wheat products. Only white bread and greasy meats. The limited fruit choices were there, but not in the best of condition. Tangerines had black spots, apples were soft, overripe. Very few healthy choices. By design, the only words for the elevator is IT SUCKED. The entry hall to the elevator on all floors is miniscule and barely accommodate two (skinny) people. It was like herding sheep into a shearing chute. Everyone had to crowd past each other to get in and out of the elevator. They were renovating the pool, which is understandable. But the back patio was crowded with materials and supplies, the tables were turned over and set aside and the chairs were stacked in the middle of a bush. This basically eliminated all use of the patio. Someone dragged up a table and chairs for under the awning, but that only accommodated four people when it started to rain. It made the patio useless for everyone else. Poor planning, poor judgement.

Comfortable room

Very comfortable room that was clean, maintained and spacious. Breakfast options were fantastic. Only downfall is the pool area was being renovated: did not realize that at booking & that’s usually how we burn my kid’s energy from a long day of travel.

This hotel has been renovated since our stay last year. Lobby was nicer - brighter, welcoming. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of choices. No complaints at all.

I booked this hotel with the expectation of a pool. Booked it in May and come to find out the pool has been being renovated since November and no where on the website does it say that!! No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know. And then they wouldn’t refund me anything for not having all the amenities! They have lost my business and we normally stay here once a year on our way to vacation!!

It was great. Staff was very friendly & helpful

We stayed here last September of last year and had a great stay. It’s also the halfway point between my address in Michigan & my daughters in Florida.

It’s a relatively good place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. The downside is the breakfast. No waffle and no individual yogurt.
