Staff was quite rude, perhaps due to lots of customers to deal with. Needed a swimming cap to swim in their pool.

The room was fantastic The quality of the Chinese restaurant (staff was good) The concierge service was very very poor (basically they could only call taxi all other questions where too complicated, they just referred to ctrip for potential bookings etc)

Location was perfect. Staff were professional and our room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a lot of options! It would be nice if it was closer to a metro station but not a game changer. I would definitely come back and stay again here if I return to Wuhan!

Please, see below! The room was big, like an apartment Has TV -only 1-2 English channels-, Wifi, A/C,Miinibar, Shower/bathtub. Breakfast was included -I did not take it- so, I cannot rate it The evening buffet was very good. All you can eat for one price. Beverages included! Ver, very friendly staff

Nice bedroom, choice for the breakfast, swimming pool of good size and cleanliness in the changing room. It's also not far away to the Hankou railway station if your plan is to get there by train or to leave by train. I booked 3 night as a Genius 3 member, and then extend for an additional night. The discount was not applied on the 4th night. Also for the fapiao, it took several discussions to obtain it.
