I was impressed by its excellent location in the city center, close to public transport and major attractions. The surroundings were vibrant and convenient, making exploration effortless. The room I stayed in was spotless. It was well maintained with a comfortable king bed and modern amenities. What truly elevated my experience was the polite and enthusiastic staff, especially Anson at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, he was professional, warm, and efficient. He patiently explained hotel facilities, provided local tips, and even ensured a seamless departure process. His genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.

Its in the heart of City Centre. Metro is 200 meter away. You can go anywhere of Wuhan, from this Metro. I was actual visited for CIDPEX which was 30 mintues away from this hotel through metro. All restaurent are nearly. Besides there is popular Jianghan road pedestrian street. Always people are doing activity. Very popular place for shopping. Hotel is very neat and clean. They clean the room everyday. Staffs are very friendly. They even allowed me to check out at late 3.30 PM. I specially would like to mention Ms. Mary for her extraordinary help. Very difficult to get Halal food.

Very convenient location, in the centre of Jianghan Road, 5 mins walk to 2 metro station directly to most of the attractions and airport. Room was clean and tidy spacious, friendly staff helped to arrange a crib which is a proper my little one had a very good sleep. The room was also very quiet might be we were at level 15. Very good experience overall! The breakfast shall provide more local authentic options.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to Jianghan Road metro station and there are lots of eateries and shops. Room is very spacious and clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was happy to extend check-out by 2 hours because of my late departure from Wuhan. None really

It was in close proximity to shopping centres and popular tourist streets. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores in the vicinity. I could smell cigarettes smoking from the corridor on one of the nights. And the doors close with loud bangs.

Breakfast costs RMB 24 pp and was mostly Chinese dishes and not impressive. There was no AC at all during our stay, apparently not turned on for the season. They had to supply us with an area fan.

Location very good and a nice walk from Hotel to Jianghan road metro station about 7-8mins. A bit dated but value for money. Room without windows is a bit dark. Requested for additional lights and was given a table lamp which helps a bit.

The location at the centre of the city where the pedestrian mall is location is excellent. It is also a short 15 minutes walk to the Wuhan Art Gallery which has some interesting exhibition. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The carpet at the corridors could do with a refreshing. It is very worn.

Very good location right next to Jianghan road, filled with shops, food courts and a lot of people basically all hours of the day. Right next to a very big night market in the nights as well. This is probably the most popular area in Hankou, maybe even in the whole Wuhan. Also relatively close to the Yangtze river and it's park which is a nice stroll area. They have a nice gym with good treadmills. Metro quite close by. Some of the staff was very nice, some didn't really bother.
