Location is near tram line, so terrible noise is heard till midnight and early in the morning when tram is passing by, the wall vibrates. To reduce the noise you need to keep windows closed. In our case there was +30 outside and no air conditioning in the room, you may suffocate with closed windows. Comfy bed and ventilator facilitated the sleep a little bit, but if your sleep is sensitive, it might not help.

The place does not look like the pictures. Old fashioned and could be better cleaned.

Good location, close to town centre, everything what needs is there.

Doesn't look like much, but large room, and very quiet - well, could hear the rumble of the streetcar but that will be a lot of places in town. Just a few minutes walk to city centre. Refrigerator in room and access to microwave and sink outside of room. Free parking in large public lot next door. Can be difficult to find - map apps put you on street where you cannot actually see the building. It was warm when we were there and room was hot - had small fan but needed more. Gym had lots of equipment but a lot of it was very old, torn and dirty. No restaurants nearby so eat in city centre.

Great value for money, pretty good location, very walkable to the old town and amenities. Other reviews I read before I booked said there's a bad smell, but I didn't smell anything, it was fine. Everything was neat and clean. Good choice of TV channels. Free gym use for guests - AMAZING old-school gym with a cool alternative vibe. Really friendly and cool staff. A little rough around the edges, but good for the price - good value for money. My one concern was that the bathroom door didn't close properly - not a problem for a solo stay, but the room was a twin single, so this would definitely not be OK for more than one person.

The room was very clean and it had all that was necessary, including towels and shower gel The place is not comfortable due to the loudness. When the gym is open, there is a constant and quite annoying sound (treadmill maybe?), the fridge in the room is also disturbingly loud, the walls are made out of paper so you can hear every single word of the conversation happening in the next room, you can imagine what happens when they play music and have fun. The cleaning person was also very loud early in the morning just outside of my room… the place is not that great if you need to have some actual rest.

Only location (although it’s not worth the price) The place is way worse in reality than on the photos. I don’t know what was worse-the horrible smell (like the toilet pipes), cleanliness (there were a lot of dust everywhere, stains on the walls, literally black water in the toilet) or the noise (there’s very bad or simply absent sound isolation: I wasn’t able to sleep both nights because the neighbour room and people there were loud until 1am and woke up at 7am. It felt like those people were literally in my room).

The location was perfect. Smelly and the door is always shaking.

Great location, there’s a fitness downstairs, the were two receptionists. One of them was very kind and understanding. The building is looking like a bunker, so hard to find, it’s not a hotel or a Airbnb, it’s a fitness. It’s so loud, because there’s a fitness down there. The room was nice, but the smell was awful. The bathroom is really small and also smelled really bad. The sheets were not clean for me.
