Herbal Hotel

It was very hot, and the accommodation is not air-conditioned. This was stated when booking. A small fan was helpful. The only downside, although not to the hotel, was that the electricity went out, and then we had no internet for a day and a half.

Beautiful, Clean, large Coffee situation

Beautifully renovated old monastery. They kept the most unique parts of the old building and added modern touch. Very tastefully done! Comfortable, sparkling clean rooms, very friendly staff and amazing garden in the front. They even hanged bird boxes in their yard so I had a pleasure to listen to little starling chicks. It's a green oasis in a great location. During breakfast they had lactose free milk, a big plus! There was not enough cereal types during breakfast. There was only one type with added sugar. No toppings like walnuts, seeds etc. Could be more cooked veggies. Otherwise perfect.

Beautifully renovated facility. Room finishes were very high end (our room may have been called “superior”. Huge bathroom w modern fixtures, nice area with couch and very large and comfortable bed. The history of the building was very interesting. Nothing, everything excellent. Had to walk about a mile to train station and 8 blocks to Old Town. Not a problem as everything safe.

This was a great place to stay, so neat that it's a restored monastery. The historic photos were so interesting. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Reception was so nice to help us with a local taxi when Uber would not come close enough for my elderly mom. The room was a little tight, space wise, but had a beautiful view, and the bathroom was huge.

A nicely renovated old monastery building, with easy access on foot to the Old Town of Wrocław. Nice interior decor, friendly staff, generally a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays. If you are coing on foot with a suitcase, be aware that part of the path to the main door is gravel and you might have to carry the suitcase rather than roll it on the wheels. But taxis can access the front yard and park right next to the entrance. Another minor inconvenience is the lack of proper ventillation in the bathroom.

Great location and no outside noise despite the hotel being in such a central location

The rooms were very clean with no maintenance issues and stunning. Herbal has taken very good care of this hotel! I asked the staff about this for a summer stay but there is no air conditioning in the summer as no central air.

Great stay, very good breakfast ?

Newly renovated, spacious hotel in a great location just next to the main square, but in a very private and quiet location. We definitely will visit again! The faulty design of the shower and tub is really dangerous and is an accident waiting to happen.

History and location Tight room, no space to open luggage. No shower door so bathroom floor gets wet every time you take a shower.

The room had not air conditioning, so it was really hot at night.

It was absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everyone was helpful, and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The hotel includes an amazing breakfast, and you cannot beat the location!
