Good breakfast The carpet in the room was dirty and extremely smelly, like old dirty socks.

Location, comfy bed, clean room. We got only one key to the room. The key also operates elevator and control electricity in the room. When my husband left the hotel for the meeting I could not get out because I will have to go up 6 flights of stairs to get back to the room........that's what I was told by the person in reception area when I asked for the second key......very nasty person! If I stay in the room, I was in the dark!

Nice location and friendly staff AC was not working so was impossible to sleep and had to check out at 4 am instead of 12pm

The common areas in the hotel were not much clean (the carpet in the hallway needs vacuuming), the room could also be cleaned better (there were dust in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty...). The room was not soundproof, we could hear a very loud child paying in the next room).

It was in the City The hotel room smelled like pee and cigarettes, the internet didn’t work, the staff was rude especially the “security” that was supposed to manage the parking situation, the parking space was awful, and the staff barely spoke any English

The location is the biggest advantage of a hotel. The hotel is generally 7/10 but location is a killer. The absence of toilet brush is devastating. Do not get your self, when u can not flush?. The carpet is clean , but old and „stained”.

Access to internet, kettle The restaurant is OK 1. Bathroom: lack of hooks for the clothes or towels for 2 people, lack of any shelf in the shower, not enough space for toiletries 2. Room: very bad lighting by the beds - lights basically below the level of the bad which made reading almost impossible (yes, there are some people who still read in bed)
