Honestly nothing to dislike.

The staff where cold and not cheerful

Location only. Well it seems there is a lot of negative reviews and this one is like the other but anyway It’s 1:50 Am 07/June/2026 i booked 2 nights (and i’m still at the second night) from the start i saw a big red flag.. which is NO PARKING SPACE how would i know before i book the room the parking will be full? And when i asked they simply said go find your self a public parking, i said where? They say idk somewhere as if i live here and booked the room for changing the routine.. anyway that was the first red flag the second was, when i wanted to sleep i noticed that the a/c isn’t cooling at all i was like ok i will open the window will the only thing can enter the room from the window is the sound because as you see in the picture (it’s open btw?) they blocked the flow of the air with wall!! And you CANNOT OPEN THE WINDOW FULLY.. so i wanted to call them to fix the A/C but guess what? The phone in the room doesn’t work?.. 3rd red flag, so i went down stairs to tell them i need someone to fix the a/c he came to the room and was like it’s cold and this is the max and i was like whaaat! The fan will be colder than this thing you call A/C.. so i got tired and finally could sleep in this hot room, guess what.. in the midnight someone closed his/her door and that made my room and my bed shake! Literally i’m not kidding! And that was the 4th ?.. I WOULDN’T recommend it to my enemy! Oh i forgot the actual first red flag which makes them 5.. the room for the price i paid? Is OVERPRICED.. The only good thing in here is the location and that’s it. It’s one of the bad and disappointing experiences i had (actually there is only 2)

The staff was always ready to help and very kind. The room was very clean and up to date. This property is near the train station I didn't like that the breakfast wasn't included; for me that's very tacky. If I had known the breakfast wasn't included I would have just spend the 5 Euro more a night and had breakfast. If you pay at breakfast time it's some ridiculous amount, like 20 Euro or just about. Beside that, the facility is nice, but the "gym" is garbage.

Very comfortable hotel near city center. Walking distance from Swidnicka street which is a gate to the old town of Wroclaw. I really liked air conditioned fitness room at the top floor with the view towards the south of the city.

Close enough to the city center to walk (1,5 km). Always nice to look out for more dwarfs on the way Only minus point was the street noise. But with closed windows you could hardly hear that. Apparently it is not so bad at the back of the hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay at Q Hotel Plus. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and comfortable, which made the whole experience really pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including European, British, Japanese, and many other choices. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The tram station is nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff and people at the hotel were also very kind and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing. Everything was fine.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from, even for kids. The hotel restaurant in the evening also served good food. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

I would like to share my experience with this hotel. My flight was delayed, and around 4–5 in the morning, the hotel canceled my reservation. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing double the money, because not only did this hotel cancel my reservation, but they also didn’t refund me a single cent. Very friendly staff at reception and in restaurant, proper rooms, modern building, walking distance to old town

Breakfast was good but a bit too expensive.

Pleasant staff, nice rooms. There was no warning that construction is going on in the building and near the building on the street, so the loud noises in the morning was a suprise. The parking garage has a height limit (up to 1.9 m.) and there was no warning during reservation, so I had to find other parking when arrived just because the car was too tall.

Very clean and nice rooms, modern facilities. We came during renovations of the lobby so there was a bit of noise and the air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. But the staff quickly gave us another room without problem ! ?

It was spacious, clean, and newly furnished. The room had everything you could need including air conditioning, mini fridge, ironing board and a large TV. Internet was fast and the view was great from the 4th floor. Very nice bathroom.
