The staff was amazing!! We thought that this hotel was related to Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana but turns out it wasn't. :( But it was still worth it!

Everything was incredible, with an exceptional level of care and meticulous service that sets this hotel apart. I liked everything about this hotel, including the cool, relaxing lounge music in the bar lounge and restaurant. Try the tuna tartare - it's phenomenal.

Staff was great, breakfasts were fantastic location was perfect., At least in our bathroom, the shower went back and forth between cold and hot a few times.

Modern and beautiful design - loved mixtures of wood, copper and colors; brand new; very comfortable; helpful and responsive staff; in the parameter of the old town with restaurants, pubs, clubs, and sightseeing attractions at the walking distance; highly recommendable All was great!

It was a last minute booking due to my flight being diverted from Gdansk and it turned out great. The hotel is beautifully designed and the gentleman who helped me that night on reception was great, despite my stress. Nice breakfast too

Excellent, high-end hotel. Great location - right by the main square in the old town, yet on a side street and quiet . Very clean and modern. Spacious and super comfortable room, fantastic shower. The staff in the reception was very nice and helpful - helped us with restaurant choices. Wonderful breakfast with a good selection of options. Breakfast was wonderful but a bit expensive.

Cyrus Hotel exceeded all expectations! Fantastic central location, spotless and modern rooms, super comfortable beds, and excellent breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. A perfect choice in Wrocław – highly recommended!

The hotel is brand new, modern and high quality: heavy wooden doors, clean carpets, a very comfortable bed with a thick mattress and an excellent shower. Great location - a two-minute walk from the main square. Despite restaurants and nightclubs nearby, the hotel is quiet. There are endless lighting controls (I don’t know who needs them, but they work). Breakfast is quite good with plenty of choices. Staff are efficient and to the point. The gym is free but small and feels unfinished. The thermostat in the room was confusing (or faulty), so the first night was rather cold.
