The hotel is well located close to the city center. The rooms are large, bright and clean, and you enjoy a wardrobe, a desk and two chairs. The beds are confortable and the pillows are good. The room has a kettle. There is a lift. The breakfast is very rich and offers many options for all the tastes. Staff is kind and helpful. Complimentary water eith and without gas. Decent price.

Noisy because of the tram infront of the hotel. Also the window at room 17 is not closing till the end and was noisy 24/7. The floor in the room could be cleaner

We stayed at the first floor and there was noise from the road
-
Quite some noise from the street, but fine with the closed window.
-
Basic hotel close to everything. I recommend, at least for a shorter stay.

Personal hospitality, Room accommodation and Breakfast content The noise from traffic

The breakfast was actually superb, a veritable feast. Waffles, eggs and omelettes cooked to order by friendly and attentive staff, and basically more than any mere human could eat. Good serve-yourself coffee machine, and a huge selection of different teas (we counted 12!). Good location, close to the central square, Great rooms. I would say that the photographs on Booking.Com do not actually do it justice. It is a great hotel - we stayed 3 nights and had an excellent experience. In all honesty, we cannot thing of anything which could be improved.

Location. Our room is a bit dirty, not cleaned well, there were too much dust.
-
Our room was noisy. Window did not solve street noise.

Cleanliness, facilities and staff Everything was fine

No Mini-Bar / Fridge. Expensive and POOR Breakfast when everywhere else in the city you can get GREAT food for half the price! 3rd time visiting Wroclaw, and the same Hotel. Hope someone reads this. 70 zl per person is a HUGE price for a mediocre breakfast... let's be honest. Another BAD thing: your reception Lady attitude (the shift leader one...). She was so annoyed if asking her simple questions... we abandoned it. Bad taste, overall. Not to mention no smiles or attention to the customer. That was zero.

Fantastic location, clean , comfortable bed amazing breakfast

the staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The location was good enough, within a short walk to the downtown. I was really disappointed with hotel policy regarding the breakfast. When we arrived, a young lady at the reception told us that it was served till 10:30 am, and that's what the hotel booklet said too. But when we came to the area by 10:11 (having had arrived quite lately the previous day), it was all over and already unavailable - surprise, surprise! On the third morning - again a surprise - there was no buffet served anymore - we were just offered to order something; meaning we would have to wait for it... really inconvenient. All in all, we had breakfast at this hotel only once: it was decent, but modest, and exorbitantly priced, and there was no discount for children. I would advise you to stay at some other place, where the management would stick to their own schedule and would provide adequate breakfasts for adequate price, and in an orderly and timely manner.

Very helpful staff. Great location for walking to Aldstadt area Lots of Street noise from cars and people, sirens over weekend so we didn’t sleep well. Foyer needed more fresh air or deodoriser as it had an unusual cooking odours in the building

Amazing breakfast.. amazing stuff...

All the rooms seem to be facing a very busy, noisy street, and the windows are not noise proof at all
-
The location was an easy walking distance to the University. The breakfast was great.

Room was very comfortable with a nice view of the church across the street. Hotel in a good location not far from the town square. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, offering a hot menu to order from and cold selection. The offering of free filtered sparkling and still water dispenser was a nice touch. Would highly recommend staying here!

On checkout day I had to leave before breakfast time, so upon request a lunch package was prepared for me. Not only tasty but enough to be breakfast and lunch. Staff was very friendly as well. Kettle in the room available. Everything was very clean, except for the carpet a little maybe but that is just because the concept of carpets in hotels is wrong. Only big minus, otherwise it would be a 10 rating: The windows are the opposite of sound proof, it is like having no window. And since a main street is right below, you better not be a light sleeper.

Unstable wifi throughout the entire stay.
