I stayed at this hotel in Wrocław and had a very pleasant experience. I particularly appreciated having access to the gym and the sauna 24 hours a day, which was a really convenient service. The only small downside was the sauna: you had to notify the staff about 30 minutes in advance to have it turned on, and unfortunately, even when notifying them well in advance, it was sometimes not fully heated. Apart from that, the hotel offers all the services and standards you would expect from a 5-star property. The rooms, facilities and overall organization all met my expectations. Overall, everything was excellent and I had a very positive stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and friendly. Great selection of drinks. We got a free drink voucher because we opted out of daily housekeeping. . Parking was a bit expensive, but otherwise no complaints
