The room is loud, with loud trams coming around every minute or so near the window. Recommended only for people who have no problem sleeping through that. Also, ear plugs are highly recommended.

It was super loud at night in that area and we could not sleep with the windows open. Even when closed, there was some loud music and car noises.

Loved stepping outside and on to the boat for an incredible breakfast experience! Fabulous food, service and scenery!

Charming location, great breakfast. No A/C we had to open windows and it got a little noisy from traffic. Nothing bad, the positive definitely outweighs some of the negatives.

The location is great The high ceilings are nice Specifically paid more to get a big bed, but got a duvet half its size No shower gel/shampoo except for a tiny single use packet No room cleaning (or, at the very least, new soap packet) Food options were limited, of poor quality and taste Service in the restaurant was disappointing (several idle employees when eg. there were no more glasses) While the place was clean, the building is unkempt (smudges on walls etc.)

This hotel has a very direct tramway which goes directly to the train station. The apartment room we stayed in was huge, and had an extremely nice sitting area. It's a pretty solidly built hotel, and our room was very quiet at night. The location up towards the top of the town is nice, especially if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. There are nice river-side parks in the area, as well as all of the normal convenience stores.

There are things here and there that need to be renovated ( carpet, doors, beds, small furniture). It was extremely cold in the bed near the window despite the heating system. Windows need to be recalibrated or something.

Very old and dirty Water pipe broke and staff didn’t even information that we had no water. Extremely rude!! I had to check out next morning because they couldn’t provide a basic accommodations. They offers 1.5 liter of water!!

Great location and amazing breakfast Rooms are VERY basic. Think low-end dormitory or hostel style rooms.

I didn't like that there were no slippers in the room, and there weren't enough plugs.

The location was great since it is near the town. There was a restaurant in the same building that you can access through the hotel and it was convenient. The breakfast buffet was great and had many choices and worth the price. The tram noise was an issue since my room was located near them. The walls were too thin and I could clearly hear the footsteps of the person next to my room.

They could at least provide drinking water in rooms. That is a basic necessity.

Amazingly location and an Amazing breakfast spread !

Room was perfect in size, cleanliness and warm. You need to remind staff to change towels and bathroom accessories.

Location is great, the beds were comfortable, parking (even for extra money). Great breakfast on the boat. Moreover, our non-refundable reservation was shifted for free as soon as we contacted the hotel team.
