In the morning the floors were filthy from the gathering and needed a complete mopping. Obviously the staff had no concern regarding our comfort when assigning our rooms. Very disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Clean room & nice staff

Shuttle Service to the airport. That was the primary reason I chose this hotel. The internet said shuttle service was available.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was good and in a excellent location. The room was very good I think to avoid problems in the future the hotel from time to time to do fumigation to avoid insects.

Stay was great. But ice machine was not working, had to go to another floor to get ice, stay there six nights, was very inconvenient, otherwise great stay, I always stay here and will stay here again

I had a room with what used to be a kitchenette. A built cooktop burners, dishwasher and a mini fridge. Not a glass, utensil, pit or pan in sight.

Great for a two-night stay at a place that was close enough to the places I went to NY to see, and for the most reasonable price anywhere that I could find. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient, the room was clean, new-ish, and nice--nothing superfantastic, but I wasn't expecting that. There was no noise from inside or outside, which is pretty good considering the hotel is located on a busy boulevard. There was a very nice complimentary breakfast, and, although we didn't use them, pretty nice looking gym equipment. There is a little park/playground across the street, and there are also a few stores nearby to purchase odd things you might have forgotten. The only negative is the lack of designated parking, but I can't really complain because we found a spot every time we looked.
