It was clean and the staff was really nice.. How small the bathroom was and that fact that the tv didn’t have very many channels to watch

We booked the suite so there was plenty of room It was a little tired, the breakfast selection wasn’t great

I feel that this property needs a major update. It is old and needs a facelift. The drain in the tub and the sink were horrible. our remote was missing. Breakfast was decent. Good variety. Not a place I would stay again.

Location To start, while checking in, my fully available CC was decline. Then I used my Amex blue. Then they both came up as to b approved for the room charge. I was calling my bank as well as Amex to figure this out. So now I have to wait 2-3 business day to make sure one of the charges drops. The mini fridge didn't work. I tried several times to set it to be cold but nope wasn't having it. The toilet was not flushing as it should once you do #1 or #2. And lastly breakfast sucked

The suite was clean with comfortable beds, great location & breakfast was good. My biggest issue was not being notified until I got there that the pool was only open Thursday-Saturday. I was there on Wednesday and picked that hotel for the pool. It was misleading to not have it noted that the pool would be closed. Also, one of the showers stayed on hot water. I tried cooling it down but it was still hot.

The hotel room ol was clean and it was a very large room. Three separate rooms. A nice bathroom. The breakfast was very nice. Had eggs, bacon, covered waffles, fruits, cereals coffee and juices. It was a good price. It was $111 withor taxes. I definitely recommend to

I liked that it was a very secure hotel - you needed a guest card needed to access higher floors and got a parking tag for your car. Very pleasant smell in lobby as well. With a late checkout of 12pm, I was hoping that breakfast would end later at 10am, but it ended at 9am. When I booked the room it did not list a fridge, but we got one in the room which was a plus!

Our room was very dirty. The ceilings and walls were awful. The floor especially behind the bed and end tables were extremely dirty. The air conditioning unit in the room had wiring exposed….very disappointing because we chose this hotel based on the reviews

You need a quiet space that doesn’t have overhead music. I had a zoom meeting and couldn’t find a quiet space. The room doesn’t have a desk or desk chair so there should be somewhere else. The bar height counters in the lobby are good but the music makes it not ideal. The dining room had music too. Overall pleasant.
