We’ve had a lovely and relaxing stay. Location was fantastic. Breakfast and facilities we great too.

Location is great. Facilities are also amazing. Cool thing is a bar at the outdoor pool. Saunas area is nice. Lady at the reception is really kind. We got a call that the room is ready before the check in time which is a nice extra touch. They made a fresh waffles at the breakfast. Parking is at the side for 40 zl.

nice, wide option for breakfast, warm water in the swimming pool, nice spa card to spa didn't work, and worker lady said immidiately that it's not included in the price. But it was not true. I had to go to the reception to run the card, but that lady comments was not nice. She could ask not put a statement.

Relatively good access to the beach, wide range of breakfast choice In my opinion, this is not a 4* resort. I never write negative comments, nevertheless this was not worth the money. The facility does not have any storage for bikes or push chairs, guess must leave the bikes at the reception. If full, then outside. Cleaning is only when asked, the pool on the 4th floor was under renovation. We were put in the older part of the resort which was rather shabbby. Loading and unloading from your car is in front of the reception where there is only a space for one car. The hotel has poor facade, the rain water damages the facade which is wet, mouldy and falls off.

The rooms were freshly renovated The staff was nice There was poor awareness about a plant-based diet and therefore lack of options for breakfast. I couldn't even have a coffee with plant milk at the 360 bar or the breakfast restaurant. The room service was missing. There was no music in the spa and scents in the steam sauna, which is a shame. I came to this spa 3rd time and spa zone used to be so much better. Poor music quality in the 360 bar
