This should be 5 stars, stunning hotel. Lovely breakfast and the rooms are so spacious.

The temperature of the water was a little bit cold outside, nevertheless sauna area made the stay pleasant.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfasts were excellent, and the location was great, with the forest and the sea nearby. The SPA area was top-notch. There’s a large swimming pool. Since we visited off-season, it was very quiet – total relaxation. Highly recommend! The only issue was with the TV, which couldn’t connect to the network or Wi-Fi.

Highly recommend this resort for its fantastic location by the beach and great amenities. You can expect a very clean and modern facilities with a scrumptious breakfast (that included a few vegan options).

Located just 100 meters from the ocean, you can hear the soothing waves outside. The rooms and facilities are clean, tidy, modern, and well-designed. The restaurant downstairs is exceptional and definitely worth a visit. Absolutely great SPA! The bar area is a bit small and located just behind the reception desk. It can get quite crowded in the evening. If your room is facing away from the sea, the view is not really great. Personally, I am not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms.

Probably the best hotel in Wladislowowo you can find in premium segment. Interior is well though, premium services, new facilities and probably best you can get in this beautiful part of Poland. Being there of season is relax Was expecting premium restaurant at premises, but grill bar had good selection. Apartment guest still need to park outside and only after checkin, was little unexpected

great place. amazing location- summer time would be amazing as beach is steps away, amazing area to walk around. breakfast had a huge selection of foods - anyone can find something for themselves. staff was nice but not much of interaction with the guests. thank you to lady at the spa who showed me around. she was very lovely.

The breakfast was fantastic and that's pretty everything that was great about this hotel. The territory and private access to the beach are nice. The hotel is well-designed. I counted on great SPA experience and sauna ceremonies. The area was supposed to be 16+. Instead, they arranged only 1 adult spa ceremony and 1 ceremony for the kids, so at 7 pm the saunarium got crowded with children and their parents... It's absurd as they mention kids' time is between 3 and 5 p.m. daily and totally ruined intimacy and ambiance. None of the jacuzzi worked, the bar on the top floor was closed as well. The saunarium has no swimming pool, no jacuzzi, and only 7 chaise longs to relax. In our room, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the reception hotline was out of service in the evening, so we had to go there to ask and then one more time to get help... And in the morning we were woken up at 07:30 by hotel staff in our corridor, being noisy while arranging fresh towels and bed linen.

Everything was excellent, other than what I’ve highlighted in the negatives section. Whose idea were the ridiculous glass bathrooms with curtains on the door? ? Check out could be later… Paid parking

Breakfast was good but not exceptional in comparison to other places we had stayed before. The good thing is a dinner buffet for only 80Plz per person. Extra charges for the car. 50 zł per day for an underground parking. The hotel charges a lot of money for the stay and parking is not included! Totally unacceptable! We asked for something special for our wedding anniversary but nothing was provided :( not even a card :( We Just got an e-mail with a pricelist of goodies such as champagne or cake or snacks. :( Other hotels ( such as the Grand Hotel in Sopot) were so kind to offer us a free champagne and a very kind letter. Small things make a BIG difference. The staff was not very welcoming. There was no toiletries in the room ( like a body lotion or conditioner). The playroom for kids is in the vicinity of the swimming pool ( the kids play in the playroom for a bit and then they choose the pool which becomes overcrowded). Cool water in the big swimming pool.

The employees are working very hard and doing an outstanding job. The room, breakfast and dinner, everything was great. The rooms are excellent and well taken care, regarding cleaning. We had a room with a jacuzzi right above us, which was obviously used by the ladies. The vibration of the pump was very noisy and it was impossible to have a good night sleep. Good thing, it was the last night before leaving, that's why we didn't say anything, except for addressing it the next day at check out.
