Wingate by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Waterpark

Had a 3 night stay. The location was really good. Near everything. The pools were nice. Requested housekeeping on the 3rd night but never came. Besides that it was positive overall

It was the best hotel I have stayed in from the room to the breakfast buffet

The breakfast could have been better if there was different things each day. It was always the same. And on the last day they ran out of flavored creamer for coffee. Which was disappointing. The pool inside was cold to find out the heater wasn’t working. It was still able to be used and we appreciated the staff working on it. Hot tub & Kitty pool were the most used for us!! Maybe add more tables in the pool area for families as chairs get used easily by smaller parties.

Very good

The cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff did a great job on our room when requesting a tidy up. It was in walking distance to shopping options. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool options. The jacuzzi had some yucky debris floating in it one day we were there.

Fridge broken, housekeeping not attentive, breakfast room too small for as size of hotel, the vanity set up so you couldn't get ready for the day without waking others. The check in was horrible. People were waiting while only one staff member was checking guests in. There was another desk employee present. Maybe he was the manager. He didn't help at all. The water park was not advertised as kids only. The breakfast was mediocre. Our last day there wasn't even cream for coffee.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and there was a wide variety of food.

Very good hotel, clean, good indoor and outdoor pool, walking distance to restaurants, great location. Very good breakfast, personal was very nice! Pet friendly. Doesnt include water park passes as it said on the post

It was very convenient and close to the parks and restaurants. The pools are open late so the kids had fun playing in the evening while I got to relax at the hot tub. The front desk lady was very nice so nothing against her however we stayed for 5 nights and not once did room service come and clean the rooms. We had to ask for clean towels since they didn’t come to clean or drop any off. We are a family of 5 so trash was accumulating and we had to ask one of the housekeepers walking by the room to please take a couple boxes and bags of trash.

Great things: outdoor pool, but no umbrellas or shade. I did ask the last day and they found one umbrella! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Checking in was great. The area for us was absolutely perfect. Breakfast: same choices everyday Room: filthy carpet! No bars in the shower/tub made it hard to get in & out. Our toilet seat was broken and slid every time you sat down. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Our favorite restaurants are there, we met some great people, not loaded with kids, tried several new things. We went to Baraboo & Reedsburg. Great weather overall, but we did have a tornado warning,

Breakfast To much money

We found the rooms were excellant and very clean the staff very helpful the pool and hot tub was well maintained and clean

Great staff, great amenities, kind of wish that gym would open up before 9 AM but not a huge deal. Outside pool was nice and breakfast was good, had one small issue with cleanliness in the room, but it was rectified by speaking with a housekeeper in the hallway overall great visit.

Great Place to stay, only thing holding me back from excellent is the Personal hot tub, the knobs were broken and the jets didn't consistently work, otherwise everything was amazing
