It’s nice that there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the building. Bed was not comfy and every single pillow was small and lumpy and some were so thin that even folding them in half wasn’t comfortable. The duvet was just a blanket with a sheet on either side, which I’ve never seen before. The sheets would just slide off and we’d have two sheets and a blanket tangled up. It was the worst sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel or motel and we’re both still tired and in pain from the stay. Also, when you first exit the elevator from the car park before going to the lobby, the carpet in that area absolutely reeks like pee. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t at least have the carpet removed in there…
