Very clean, well maintained hotel. Room was flawless. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful with options for all dietary choices.

Shower temperature was Luke warm at best, and the water pressure was not good. Room had a musty smell to it. Would not recommend this location to others.

Because of health problems the manager put us in a 1st floor room. This helped with luggage Thanks Fairfield Inn!

I got there and waited and waited to be waited on and then found out it was not pet friendly. I googled pet friendly and this hotel came up. Night person said it is not. I disagree but …. Waited over 15 minutes to be waited on, I was pre booked. Guy said not pet friendly which is not what website said.

The whole place is beautiful and artistically decorated. It is also spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It is near many places to eat and Old Town Winchester to explore and appreciate. One thing I really appreciated is the no animals except service animals. For someone with severe pet allergies, it was a godsend. I only found 4 no pet hotels in the area and I feel that I picked the right one. Kudos. I will stay here every time I visit the area. I liked everything about this place!!!!!!!
