I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was better than excellent 👌! They were so kind and always seemed happy. They were easy to talk to and were most helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. Anything outside of what was in there ,they went out of their way to accommodate you. It was located in a very convenient place so things weren't very far to get to. I will most certainly stay here again if things bring me this way again . A+++++++++ Great Job guys !!!

Coffee was strong and staff was very friendly and helpful

Great property. Room size of studio apartment. Only negative was the parking and no restaurant in the facility.

I have always preferred Marriott and have stayed at them all over the world, but this stay was far below Marriott standards. We stayed in a Residence Suite. The room was very dirty - the carpet was never vacuumed and your feet would turn black walking around barefoot. We did some cooking in the suite, but housekeeping would not clean the kitchen area or put away the clean dishes from the dishwasher. The free breakfast was very poor quality - some items were overcooked and some were undercooked. The worst issue was with housekeeping. While we were out one day, the maid came in, took all the sheets and towels from the room, and never came back to replace them. I had to go to the front desk and wait until 7:30 PM to get sheets and towels put back in the room. I was also never informed of a $24.50 per day parking fee for the hotel's own lot, and it was not posted anywhere. I could have parked next door for $11 a day. At checkout, I was charged for 2 sodas at the front desk when I only bought one. Overall, issues with cleanliness, housekeeping, hidden fees, and billing errors made for a very disappointing stay.

Bad: No free wi-fi even in lobby.

Well maintained clean room spacious room nice bathroom

Two of the 3 elevators are not working.
-
The toilet seat was broken, facilites should have be notified after the previous guests checked out. Parking was confusing to find, and should be included with your stay by scanning room key, I had to pay for parking.
-
Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Sadly the elevator is really slow but that’s no need to take away points. We will see you next year

I was truly satisfied with the room design (small kitchenette, ADA shower design). The room was satisfactorily cleaned and I am very picky.

Clean and comfortable! GREAT breakfast with eggs, waffles, oatmeal etc included. No pool. Pay for parking. Very nice hotel.

the hotel was great, except the parking. The parking lot is small and cramped. Although we found a parking space every day, we had difficulty maneuvering around other parked cars and the pillars.
-
Room was very spacious, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to the busy part of town. Great amenities including a gym and laundry room. The only missing thing was a pool. Will most likely stay there again next time I am in town.

There was some construction/repair work, and we were assigned a room where the noise was clearly audible throughout the night. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, especially since we checked in only to get some rest before leaving early the next morning. Instead of a peaceful night's sleep, we were kept awake by the constant construction noise.

Friendly staff and good space. A kitchen, two queen beds, spacious shower. I had a small dog with me and we did have to walk a ways for grass. For the parking behind the building, I had to park against a wall and get out of the car on the passenger side.
