First impressions when you open up the elevator and see all kinds of dirt, wasn’t pretty. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean in the room. For the average person breakfast would be more than adequate, I just had a few scrambled eggs. It wouldn’t take much for them to clean this property and make it look much better.

We were there for a week and did not know we had to ask for room service but when asked they were on top of it. Convenient location.

Microwave did not work in both rooms.

Nothing it was what I expected

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The television did not work and it was difficult to contact the staff to find out if it could be fixed. The staff did offer a different room, but said there was no one to fix the TV until the next morning, it didn’t matter because we were there a short time anyway otherwise all good.

My 5-day stay was disappointing overall. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was terrible and became repetitive every morning, with the same eggs, sausages, and pancakes served day after day. It would have been much better with more variety and better quality food.

It is outdated. The hot food at breakfast is cold. You cannot heat your food back up in the microwave. Apparently everyone with kids stays at this hotel since it is close to Sesame Place. It is overpriced for what you are getting.

Location Not clean. Bathroom was disgusting. When I complained I got lip service.

The thermostat didn't work - could not turn the AC down or off. We should have switched room but after unpacking while waiting for the AC to adjust to the new temp we put into the thermostat it was 11:30pm and too late. Beds uncomfortable & squeaked.

We were in a handicap accessible room and neither thre room phone nor the emergency phone in the bathroom were operational. Also the pool is permanently down for maintenance.

It is incredibly outdated with carpet and bathroom tiles from the late 1980's/early 1999's. It is incredibly depressing. Apparently everyone who goes to Sesame Place likes to stay at this hotel so there are tons of shoulder running around and screaming.

I was traveling with a germs phobic person so I was pleased after her inspection of the room that she felt it was clean. This was my second time at this location and the clean situation was better. The young man at check in was better. The quality of breakfast is still not good and they should use better quality coffee and food. We opted to go to a cute place around the corner called corner bakery. Excellent staff and great coffee and food. No POOL still! If you require assistance for disability state at beginning of reservation because changes are not likely to happen. Key card mis haps occur requiring a trip to the desk too often. Price very reasonable and other guests were friendly. Area great and local to lots of drivable options.

first off the the employees were absolutely USELESS. we stayed FOUR nights and there was only ONE TIME we got back to our room and we didnt have to go to the front desk for a new key. i asked them if they had a manager or a number i could call because it was quite literally UNACCEPTABLE that i had to go back to the front desk THREE TIMES in one day because i told one of ladies my door wont unlock bc the lock was stuck so the door wouldnt shut. and she completely ignored me and just made me new key when the key wasnt the issue. it was the door. i have a toddler and luckily i had someone with me because he was sleeping every time we got back . the staff needs to get it together, this hotel needs to do better. for what i paid the same issue should absolutely NEVER reoccur. the second room we were in was HALF-ASS cleaned there was a wrist band from someone else's stay. the bathroom door didnt lock AND they advertised a pool and the nuisance of an employee said it was “under maintenance “ . DO BETTER and i know this place might be “ budget friendly” but ITS NOT WORTH IT.

This place canceled my reservation without notification after I told them ahead of time I would be late due to a conference. I even offered to pay in advance. They said no need to do that. I came back and they had canceled my reservation. The customer service in this case was terrible.
