Roosevelt Hotel

Hotel was good but Expedia sent me wrong address instead of 8pm arriver arrived 11pm not Good

it was a very nice place but the epolice constantly harass the people that stay there and they let them do it

The breakfast was very limited to a few items, so I didn't have breakfast there the last day of my trip

Good it was clean and very homey quiet and spacious

Very clean

Hair still on the bathroom floor in several spots. Burnt out light bulbs above sink. Lack of vacuuming in room and hallway, Drain plug for tub did not work. What I assum was tooth paste was splattered on the wall by the sink and the shelf un the sink needs a good cleaning. Fridge and freezer had stuff split in them. Dirty bedding left in hall way. Random splattered stuff in the hall ways on the walls and fire extinguisher boxes. Bags for garbage left on the floor in the dinning area. Fruit flies in and around the juice machine and food. Breakfast was cold. Had to find the front desk gentleman to get coffee cups.

The shower was hard too turn on and handle was loose. Hot sometimes. The furniture was stained and so was the carpet. All in all just needs some TLC.

Easy access, quiet location.

I didn’t like anything. Everything. I had to change rooms twice due to an unknown substance dried onto the nightstand. It looked like the room was not cleaned in months. Besides the bed being made with sheets that probably hadn’t been washed in weeks. There was stains all over the walls. Hair in the bed along with bugs crawling all over the floor. My coworker was in a different room and his sheets had blood all over them. I had slept in my truck.

Great stay they were very friendly

Food was hot, clerk was friendly. Kinda gross. Water jugs may as well have goldfish inside.

This place looks really respectable from the outside. It is not! Police showing up, lots of loud partiers even during the work week. Filthy on the inside. Dried vomit by the elevator…. There when I arrived, still there when I left. Smells like BO and urine. Sticky/greasy/ dirty shower floor. Toenails on the carpet (one poked my foot and that was when I realized… gross) … ripped mattress, cigarette burn on the sheet. Headboard with nasty smudges and random “goo” dried on…. Gag. Obviously running a vacuum cleaner on a visibly dirty carpet was far too much to ask. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my 3 week stay and that’s all I could handle. I’m paying more to go somewhere else. $90 for a room plus a $150 deposit? Weird…

It’s cheap and easy to get to. Filthy and feels dangerous.

Second room wasn’t the greatest but better then the first was only in the room for 30ish minutes then found out we had to leave won’t give us a refund after saying there was a possibility we could

There were roaches

Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts, offering scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, and waffles. Our room was comfortable, and the man who checked us in was helpful. Our room could have used more electrical outlets and light.

It was nice and clean, quiet

The staff is rude nothing works and they have the audacity to ask for a credit cards for incidentals

Could be cleaner. Need new towels

The location and staff was nice! The hot water did not work at all in the shower. Could use better cleaning. Some updates but kinda like slapping lipstick on a pig
