Yes very dated and no soap shampoo had to ask for it

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety.

Staff was rude. Loud music playing while guests were eating breakfast. Room keys didn’t work everyday we had to get a new room key. Elevator almost shuts you in the doors.

It was the most horrible room...the bathroom was in pieces parts of the shower wall were missing and they charged me almost $11 in taxes and fees that were supposed to be covered by my Expedia purchase

I like property

Room was not cleaned. And we found vap in the bed and used water bottles and towels on the floor. They don’t have another king bed to change as well. Totally disappointed. I am here with my family and 5 years old kid.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. Over all we had a good stay.

Pet friendly Old and rundown

Our room “keys” didn’t work half the time Breakfast was scheduled 6 to 10 but nothing was left at 9:00

Check-in was easy, room was clean, breakfast was decent. The omelette egg choice is a plus. The bacon would have been better had it not been sitting in an inch of grease- and the lady working the breakfast area could use some help. The last day of our stay it was still over an hour before breakfast was over and people were coming down and complaining there was no food- one man told her he would come back there and help her get some food cooked and she said she didn’t need his help. We did see another employee in the dining / lobby area but all he did was take out the trash.

It was close to the outlets and within 10 minutes of the park It seemed dirty in the rooms, outlets were very loose, ac was old and very noisy as if it was going to break. House keeping also just barged in without knocking first

Dirty, filthy and disgusting

I did the online checkin which I thought would expedite things but it didn't. The woman at the checkin did not even acknowledge my presence for 5 minutes while she finished up something on her computer. Also the room had some minor maintenance issues that needed attending like only one bolt holding the toilet seat on which I reported and got a blank stare back.Given that, the location was perfect. Good value for the money. I would stay again.

Very good breakfast; room was basic but clean; bed was comfortable; hotel was quiet; great location; nicely priced; great communication from hotel to us; Decor was basic, but I'd rather have that than some of the outrageous prices of other hotels.
