I loved the location. Everything else. They lied about having an ev charger. They had one but it didn't work but the clerk at the desk said there wasn't one at all. We literally had to find am ev charger at 1am. Thankfully one was 4 miles away. The pool was like swimming in the ocean. Not heated. A cleaning lady confirmed it was broken. The "hot breakfast" consisted of bread and sugar. No protein whatsoever. Our tv didn't work. It glitched and there was hardly a picture or sound on most channels. The internet connection was so bad we couldn't even use our own phones because we had no service. Even when we tried to use our own personal Wi-Fi. The bathroom was a little dirty. We showered with flip flops on in the tub. They said there was a restaurant called Papa Nachos attached next door that didn't exist. It had been long gone. So I feel like it's safe to say false advertising is what this hotel does. And it needs to be stopped as soon as possible. Then on top of all of this someone from this hotel tried to ILLEGALLY withdraw 150.00 from my checking account. Thank God I lock my debit card because of scams so they didnt get any extra money. I was told by booking i would hear a response in 48 hours but that was almost 2 weeks ago. Other then that nothing. I'll definitely choose another booking site as well as a different hotel. This was supposed to be a vacation for my wife's birthday and we came from Baltimore Maryland. Almost 200 miles we drove. So thank you so much comfort inn for making it as miserable as possible. Im not internet savvy but I'll do my best to tell everyone NEVER go here. Or at least know what you're getting yourself in to

Breakfast was bad, room dirty , out dated , and they changed the size of my room. Ask for king got tiny room.over charged also...charge deposit that was never returned. Will not stay there again! Nothing

Room was good. Breakfast did not have any eggs. The photos on the website make it seem that there are eggs and other hot foods options. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. But we were disappointed to wake up and find out that there weren’t any hot items as it looked like in the pictures. Also, while there is a coffee machine in the main lobby, there is no water.

Field with horses across the street. Plenty of parking. Second room was clean and the AC worked well. My son liked the pool - indoor/covered but you have to walk a few steps outside before entering the pool area. Plenty of chairs and towels were provided. First room was moldy and mildewy, had a literal roach crawling across the wall, and there was a big smear of toothpaste on the bathroom door. It seemed the room should have been out of order. Second room was better, but the refrigerator had a hard time staying cold, and the hallway smelled of marijuana. We were too tired to go to another hotel. Later we noticed the room door looked like it had been pried open in the past. Breakfast options were limited, and the attendant tried to tell us breakfast was over but it was only 9:15, and breakfast is open until 10:00. Odd layout of the hotel - the courtyward makes for a long walk to get to some rooms.

The beds in the room was comfortable Dogs barking all times of night, people talking loud, slamming doors and did not have continental breakfast I was looking for. The toilet was kind of rocky and did not have a switch for the vent in the bathroom. And the A/C sounded like a truck starting up. Not a good hotel to stay at.

When I first came there it was smooth but when I wanted to stay a second night and I paid for it before check out time .Someone was trying to come in my room and the person said I thought you checked out I said no.Then around 1:00 the manager come knocking at my door asking again did I checkout I said no because I paid for my second night so he went back to check on it . So the issue was the person who check me in still had me for check out but did not put me in for check in even though I paid for it .Glad I had proof that I paid for second night .That was wierd to me and unprofessional.

Ac was working. Location is closed to our vacation points Bathrooms were not cleaned, room refregiter was not working, room light next to door was out of order. They didn't have enough bulbs. Breakfast was not good enough.
