Great location ! Staff friendly
-
This hotel gives Wyndham a terrible name. Apon arrival the staff was not friendly and seemed upset we were there. When you walk in to check in you enter the lobby what looked like a ATM glass vestibule. They ask for a $75 deposit you get back after check out if housekeeping says so. We got our room and parked near. The paint was chipping off the entire property. They had what seemed like red velvety fake carpeting all over. It was torn and not in good shape. They definitely don't care about updating. We got to the room and opened the door to a musty old water smell. There was 3 of us and only one towel weird. The hot tub was big enough for 4 people that's it. Built-in a random triangle location of the building. Let's not forget about the "free" breakfast. That's hilarious. You got an option of 4 dry cereals, toast, and machine made pancakes. I mean coffee amd juice with milk for the cereal. But that's literally it. Please save your money and don't stay here. Location on 66 but that's about it. It is a franchise so don't hate Wyndham for this too much.

The air conditioner filter had like 1/4” of black foul smelling dust on it. Even after washing the filter, every time the air kicked on the whole room smelled disgusting

Worth the money

I stay in this hotel about 9 year ago it was a good hotel. Is dirty outside, bad maintenance and inside is was clean, but in bad condition. Breakfast was poor, terrible. The front desk personal terrible.

the cleaning lady was fine, nice and did a decent job. the shower had mold in it and a brown spider cam through. lots of gaps in door and the wall a/c unit where air gets out and bugs get in.

Very good nice rooms
-
The rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is in a nice area.

We had a rough stay with next door neighbors who weren’t there to sleep. We spent most of the night with loud music and slamming doors. One positive is the room was clean.
-
The pillows were like sleeping on a rock and very irritated by the random 8pm Friday washing right by the steps for people to slip and fall.

Room not maintained. Two lighting fixtures broken, bath mirror light, and right bed lamp switch inoperable. Some mold visible in bath. Door frame moulding at bottom is in despicable shape. After first room make-up, bath mat missing. Room to small for King bed, not much room to get around. Disappointing stay overall, you should striveto do better, espeially for a town full of tourists.

Ok
-
I like how close it is to restaurants I did not like the front desk guy or breakfast
-
The carpet was ripped. Bad repair job in the bathroom, small holes in the wall, countertop pulling away from the wall with a gap in a caulking. The sink did not drain very well.
-
Very clean.

Great location. Simple, clean, no moldy smells or bugs.

The room was dirty, the carpet, the shower was really dirty and hair everywhere. The AC was good, the smell in the room was bad like old, the breakfast was really good.

2 adult daughters and a granddaughter stayed in other room. Noticed a couple of ants the 1st morning before heading out. That evening seemed to be ok, until the next morning when my daughter awoke to ants in the bed and bathroom. Told the front desk personnel and she said"did they really see ants"? I wouldn't have came to say that if it wasn't true. She ok will take of it. Upon checking for personal items, found a dirty diaper under the bed, a huge bag under another bed but did not retrieve and the ants room had a hairbrush under the bed , all from previous guests. So rooms seem to be cleaned by sight. Sorry will not use this establishment again. Very disappointing love the town, been here alot but I guess the price was to good to be true, for what kind of stay I had. What a shame, like Wyndham.

There were ants mostly in the bathroom, but also in the main room as well. Under the beds was very dirty and dusty, with trash from previous tenants items under there. The overhead fan in the separate room was squeaky. That was a bummer since the AC was not on when we got there, and I took hours to cool it down. One good thing was that the room was very quiet so we were able to get some rest.
