Sunset Beach Hotel

Everything was excellent

The location! Right across the convention center. The cleanliness The staff The beds were not queen in room 201.that was A huge let down, We fit but we were not comfortable. We noticed the beds next door were most def queen and they had a table. We did not. So that is my biggest let down. Also waiting on the keys for piggy back parking. The worker was very sweet and he did run everywhere and assisted pleasantly I will say if he wasn't so nice and sweet I would have made a complaint but the good outweighs the bad :)

Great location short walk to board walk and plenty of places to eat near by. Short walk to convention center too. The beds were horribly uncomfortable !

Kitchen sink was leaking and in our bathroom there was no exhaust fan

Room was clean, adequate supplies, staff was friendly, beach right across the street at the beginning of the shops and restaurants. Quiet area No pool at hotel, but pool at sister hotel up the street. Parking is a hassle if you plan to drive elsewhere. Room lighting very dim. small pillows on bed

Bon rapport qualité prix. C’était propre et la cuisinette est un bon avantage plutôt que d’aller manger de la junk sur le boardwalk.😜

The room was clean, the shower was spacious. Staff was quick to clean up messes (I have 2 young kids so we had a few spills). It was very close to the beach and the piers. There was no elevator, which is on me for not looking into ahead of time. Parking is a nightmare! You are either blocking someone in or being blocked in which means staff will move your car at some point. Parking is like this at most of the hotels close to the beach.

Location The door to the room stuck making it hard to get in and out. The person who moved my vehicle left the window down.

Staff was very nice.
