The stay was perfect for our 1 night in Wielczka. The breakfeast in the morning was wonderful and everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. We had a quadruple room, it was clean, spacious enough; a frige in a room would be a good idea - our family missed that. There is no one in the hotel after 6 pm so you need to go somewhere else for food or drinks in the evening but there is nothing around so you have to go by car to town.

We had a family room at the 2nd floor. The room was clean but small for a family. They have a big parking near the building. There was no AC, only a table fan that was not enough to cool/ refresh the air, so it was hot during night.

The hotel is located in the village in 4 km from the train station and salt mines. Everything went smooth and looked as described. We admired various buffet breakfast with fine cofee.

Good breakfast. Clean. The room has old furniture, the hotel already needs renovation. Terrible carpeting. There is no refrigerator. It was very cold to sleep, the heating did not work well and the reception is open until 6pm. Doesn't speak English. The price was too high for me, I expected better.

Everything was ok, the thing which we didnt like is heating, the heating is working 2h, then 2 not, even with claims, they didnt even change it.

Water leaking in bathroom, so floors are wet.

Good location, friendly staff Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast mediacore. Walls has zero insulation, you hear people talking next to you.
